Whoever was looking over the comments for this story was in a bad mood - I got a -1 offtopic for mentioning I was browsing Anandtech's forums when all of a sudden they ground to a halt, I came here and discovered the source. Some mod is just being a prick.
Anybody that's been using Corel PHOTOPaint for a while will tell you that it has an option in viewing preferences to make it look like photoshop... IDENTICAL to photoshop actually - including buttons, tool groups, and even context menus.
Intel still has an aura of superiority about them with much of the world that AMD just doesn't have. Talk to someone that has a decent Pentium 4 and they'll talk to you about hyperthreading like Jesus himself created it. It's the same kind of superiority Apple users likes to tout.
If google can do with a chat client, what Picasa did for photo management, then I am there never looking back. AIM + Deadaim is alright, GAIM is alright except for a few miserable quirks (like not being able to make the window as thin as AIM to hide it off to the side)
I just know somewhere deep down there's a slicker way of making a chat client out there - and if anyone can do it it's Google.
I've had comments posted about a case I bought from Newegg that arrived in less than perfect shape never make it to the comment section. I went back and wrote a review of the case leaving out the state of the case upon arrival, and that one remains in the comment section today.
"Scientific theories that try to explain away the appearance of design as the result of "chance and necessity" are not scientific at all, but, as John Paul put it, an abdication of human intelligence."
The church here is basically saying to the scientific community not only is what you're studying not science, but you're an idiot for even studying it.
I've been using this since I got my iPod, it's very well designed and makes transferring files from the media library a breeze. I know it's kind of a big deal that it can take files back off, but in reality I haven't found it to be particularlly useful. Using the iPod you need to have the cord with you at all times, then the end machine needs the plugin... it's doable of course... I've found my DVD burner to be faster and easier to transfer music with though.
How much money were you paid to advertise such a mediocre product. I hope it was worth it. The next time you decide to "hide" an ad in an article, at least have the decency to make it a nifty product.

for I am lonely :(
I was wondering why AnandTech's forums were going so slow. Curse you /.!
This is a public ploy by NASA to garner public support and get more money from Congress.
It was the sub par follow up to Pink Floyd's "The Wall"
That submission sounds like it was run through Babelfish a few times...
Walked right into that one didn't I...
Tennor sax player :)
Books are so 20th century. It it's not made of pixels I won't look at it.
It sounds nice on paper though.

I'm still holding out for the firmware update that will give the PSP a game worth playing.

I suppose you could use AIM express on it now.... mobile IMing might make it worth picking up a PSP now
Anyone notice the Xbox link on their homepage? Interesting...
