Actually, the (relitively little) studies done have showed that porn and sex dosn't flourish after we see nudity, but because we don't see enough. Those factors are lower in countries where such nudity isn't taboo (mainly European countries), as opposed to where it is illegal or seen as evil.

I'm a big (Big big) fan of the "Metroid: Prime" series (There's your FPS). You've also got the Mario RPG series, the Super Mario Titles, Sonic Games, Resident Evil Series, Kirby, Legend of Zelda, most all of the sports titles (EA Games), Brain Age, Animal Crossing, The Sims...

I absolutely must comment on the extremely easy no-regristration no-monthly-payments 20-second-setup of the WiFi games. It dosn't suprise me that Nintendo got, in one month, as many players online as it took Xbox Live 22 months!

  14. Physical Security!!! on Switching a College from Desktops to Laptops? · · Score: 4, Informative

Laptops WILL be lost/stolen/broken, no matter what you try to do. Give students the option to engrave their names and a phone number (somthing that dosn't change: mabye the lost-and-found dept.) in large, friendly letters on the cover. Provide insurance to users if they don't have it. Giving backup services and CPU power from a central server is a must. This means a large RAID array and blade servers (running Linux, of course). Even if all the above fail, provide short-term use laptops, that can--hpoefully--boot up from the backups previously made.

Also be sure to lay down wireless access points of all sorts. Put a printer attached to the network in in centralized places, probably in every room. Think of every possable problem.

  15. OS X... on Being School District Admin? · · Score: 1

I Love using Remote Desktop on Mac OS X to spy on other computers (If I am right, Windows included), and, to really freak people out, take control of that user's computer. Do it to someone in that room and see their reaction (ONLY if you are good at controlling laughing--you will NEVER be able to do it again once people know it was you). Youv'e got to know that computer's password, though, but most schools have them set to the same thing, or more often nothing at all.
