My suggestion to people wringing their hands about climate change; understand the real problem, that there is not going to be any more fossil fuels to convert to CO2 in the near future. What you need to do is get the right amount of meta-data. Everyone is going to be pushing you to add all kinds of fields for everything, you need to push for less. The metric should be that 80% of the information should be one or two clicks away, the next 15% should be 3-5 clicks away, let the last 5% go. If you try to make everything one click away you are going to fail.
How about a back seat that is fit for a human? I can't understand why we have always used standard American sedans, where the back seat is an afterthought, for our taxis. Isn't the fundamental concept of a taxi for the passenger? Why not purpose-built taxis like London that were designed for people to get in and out and sit in relative comfort? Screw technology, meet the fundamental problem statement first.

We need to stop trying to downgrade our education to match countries who continue to pump out people who can only do what they are told.
