Family Guy is going to be opposite Friends!?! YAY!!!! I hate Friends, and Survivor. Now my gf and our roommates can watch Friends, and I'll watch Family Guy (rather than try to convince one of them to watch it with the other so I can play PlayStation)
So the combination is one, two, three, four, five? That's the stupidest combination I've ever heard! That's the kind of combination an idiot would put on his luggage!
I had an account with aol for like 2 weeks. I didn't even log into it (it was a backup) and when i checked the email after those 2 weeks, i had like 30 spam messages. after NO activity on the account.
They are outside the US. Whether or not that the RIAA can go around US borders, we will see. (They are ballsy tho, check the info regarding them being blocked by CyberPatrol(sorry, can't find the link right now))
Wal-Mart censors everything they sell. If it's not "Britney-Pop" then it's censored. I'm more suprised they sell rated-R movies and video games. (But you can still buy ammo from them.;-))
I agree that Geeks are much more accepted in High School nowadays. In elementry school, I was ridiculted and harrassed, but in high school, some people revered me (but I think that's cause I could arrange for them to pass or fail..;-)
My parents tried to home school me, but I was to advanced for that. My mom had difficulty teaching me Geometry, and we couldn't do many sciences (My specialites), so I had to go back the public High School. Alas, I avoided the jocks, and "pretty" people, and hung out with us drama and computer geeks.
In my old school district (I've since graduated) even being involved in a fight would get you suspended. I saw a kid who fell to the ground and got in the fetal posistion when he was attacked, and he was suspended for 5 days (the max at the school district). After that, everyone fought to defend theirselfs, they were gonna be suspended anyways, might as well hurt your attacker while you're at it.
i noticed that myself, but after a quick refresh, it's not there, you have to click on the link to see the whole story...(one of the hazards of being on the cutting edge, is that you're on the cutting edge...;-)

Removing the remote access device in default OpenBSD machine is vastly more secure then a FreeBSD machine in securelevel 3.
well, that would be funny, execpt for the part where it wasn't NASA, but the russians who orbited the earth first. (Altho, if you said 20 years ago, when we launched our first shuttle, it would have been funny);-)
Windows deveopers are used to it. Almost any piece of software that does anything slightly complex (MP3 playing is definitly complex) has to be re-written to work correctly with the newest version of windows. The guys at WinAmp, and other developers, will have a new version out that is compatible within 2 weeks of XP being released, if not sooner.
He created a programming language to write hotline in. The server that I hang out on use the last version that he worked on (1.2.3), and refuse to use the new ones (1.8.x+).

I thought it was the Egyptians, way back in the day...like around cleopatra (don't quote me on the date)
What do I care if my sig is stupid?
That's what OpenBSD does (not to start a flame war) Secure by default, 3 years running.
As long as it stays out of the box, then it is very secure.
