that gave me a cool idea.. what if you had a program where you could build something virtualy with lego's and then once doen have it break down all the peices you used and what sets you need to complete it or hell be able to place a custom order for just the peices you need for it.. that would be cool..
this question reminds me of a project i worked on.. the app used pure win32 controls and has alot of forms on tabs and check boxes// (note that windows treates each one of them as a window) so if i opened more than 2 copies of the app i would run out of windows in Windows (i didn't write it)
but on average.. i would say 10-20 that i am currently working on.. not counting the stuff hidden in the tray..
now i could see a use in this.. but not as a game controller..
if they could make it so that on the outside you couldn't tell the diffrence.. and the weight of the ball was exactly the same as a regulation ball.. it would be good to track..
use it for a practice and dowload the data.. maybe be able to put timed markers to what play was when and then monitor the balls movement accross the feild.. do see mabey the avg speed of the runnrs or the normal play time for a play..
now it would only be useful for pro or big college teams.. but i could see a use for it..
the sad part is that they realy arn't trying to censor them.. they just want the money.. i am sure that if someone posts 3 times a day and they have 1000 people posting we get 3000 things every day.. the board isn't going to read a damn one of them.. they might filter it for key words and send it on... they just want the damn money..
i dont' ahve the Odd vibrate feature one.. i have the normal 5/6 - it is a very nice razor.. but to i just use shave gel.. (the uncented type my wife uses for her legs - Aveno. or something like that) it works quite well and better than just water which i what i did for the longest time.. shave cream sucks.. unless you use a straight razor.. and well i only know one person that still does that
but there is nothning requring the electoral college to vote the way of the state.. there can be a policy or pratice of voting the way the populas does but in the end it is their vote and they can vote how they want.
there are selecte people who vote for the leader of the nation.. and they are picked by leaders of your state.. they are contated by the people running for pres... these people are not you or me.,. the gernal population has no vote in who is going to be the leader of the nation.
people would cry holy hell if they where not allowed to vote for pres.. soo they allow them to vote.. never said they had to count..... you would be supprised how many people don't even know the elctoral college even exists...
well take a look at the 2004 election.. the people voted one way BUT the electoral college voted another..
i am sorry but i will vote when my vote counts.... as it stands it is just something that is there to make people feel like they have a say... it is a select few that get to decide for the rest of us..
suprisingly not.. it is only the first two that battle it out.. the lower power source will sync up with the greater power source when you combine them (AC)
this is what happens when they bring new powerplants on the grid.. for a short time there is some phase issues but within minutes the new plant will be in sync with the rest of the grid.. i assume this would apply to using these smaller sources
Just wanted to note that you mentioned the right to bear arms.. that isn't meant to be there for self defense.. it is to be there so that the people will have the means if necessary to retaliate against their own government..
now last time I checked our armed forces have every weapon known to man and many trained people to use them..
if there was a civilian revolt today against the US it would require someone from the armed forces to command their troops against the government for it to work.. there is no way that the population could do it..
by limiting their rights they also slowly erode the ability to use the second amendment to stop the government.
my comment was purely related to 32bit.. when you move to 64bit computing so much changes in memory handling that it isn't even fare to compare them..
I was mainly relating to the posters question about their setup and comment.
and as for the user/kernel memory for mapping.. the virtual memory is typically mapped 2gbUser/2gbKernal unless you use the 3GB switch which makes it 3gbUser/1gbKernal but that is only efficient if you have 3gb or more of memory.. and the 3gb is addressed to each process - PAE is a hack but it was a good hack when it was needed.. and allowed addressing up to 16gb I believe.. maybe 32.. but I think it was 16gb.. xp's lack of more than 4gb even with PAE is an arbitrary limit set by MS not by the core..
Mac's are a whole other story that I don't really follow...
The way to get past the 3gb to 4gb is using PAE which is a limitation not by the os but by the hardware and how it maps IO.. MS makes you use a/PAE on the string for the boot loader and it will only work if your hardware supports it.. this hardware limitaion is the same no matter what os.. i am not personaly aware of how to turn it on (if you must manualy or if it is auto) for linux or OSX..
it took me like 5 times over to realize thatwas Visa.. and not Vista.. i was wondering hard as this is right on the "heels" of ie7 being out.. that mabey they added it to the restricted site list..
i missed something in my orginal statement.. i ment to add - and good hardware - most consumer producsts i will agree with you on.. ifyou get a few wriless clients doing stuff the latency can become bad but if you have good hardware (my experience is with cisco ap's) this isn't an issue
well one has to wonder.. if Hawkng was to live with cave men.. and survive.. what would a cave man need with a black hole???
that my friend is very evil.. and yet wise at the same time..
i has the same thought.. but more importantly.
has the population of terrorists increased 300% in the past year??
ahh well i thank you very much for the link.. and if let me know if you ever wnat to get rid of that domain name :)
:>
i figured someone might have done it and it makes sense for them.. just never thought of it before till i saw parents post..
going to have some fun with this

i wonder if we can get enough of them to make a new throne..

"The question is: what free countries are left, and how do they let you in?"
New Zealand - and they don't..
i looked into posiably moving there but. it is nearly imposiable to do... sure you can visit.. but they don't want you to live there
i will openly admit i am not a leader - but should one arise i will follow

but how will you hide the LILO ????
the 16gb of ram is only addressable via PAE max 64gb ..which is a hardware limitation.. not all 32bit cpu's support PAE.e nsion

Watch it with that word "Revolutionize" - it contains Revolution and may accidently start a Wii thread

humm on a correctly configured AP the latency is no worse than a normal wire connection.
