in NC you can still refuse the breathalizer and not lose your license IF you agree to a blood test. which must be done at a hostpital which normaly is a drive away .. and takes time for them to get to you.. i was taught never to drink and drive .. and i don't .. BUT that if i ever did drink anything and drive (even if it was a small ammount) and was stopped - that i should refuse the breathalizer and and agree to a blood test as it is more accurate - that and it gives you more time for your boody to even out and proccess what you had drank...

i don't know about other states but this does work in NC....

that would be something worth while.. if they provided the equivlent of a real time monitored local file changes + svn on their end.. so that you could say store this folder.. and it and everything init was sent up.. as you added files it tacks them on to the list along with partial file/block changes and delettions - alot how DFS works for sever 2003..

if i could get that.. at a remote storage facility for that price.. they would have my money..

the trickto making it worth while is to make it all done in the back ground + have the ability to control and prioritize things.

BUT they will never do this - why? cause the people that want that feature set will use the space.. what they really want are people to pay and never use it.. there for it will never have the feature set you want.

BUT really there isn't that much to it.. and certinly not enought to justify 100k for it.. and considering they have a 6-9 month delay from order to delivery.. they need to partner with a large auto group like GMC and mass produce this damn thing... make something that is alittle less powerful and can be made with alittle less percision and mass produce this it at an affordable price..
