I believe that refers to the Grail (the cup) itself. You are not able to take the Grail past the seal and just use any water, and make the world immortal. It's a little confusing, but what I understood was that Jones was immortal at the end of the movie, and so was his father.
I think a fourth Indy movie would be great under certain curcumstances:
It's not out there to just make money and pull a "Episode III".
I think Harrison Ford could play Indy, although older, he would be wiser, and more like Sean Conery, his father .
If it is another actor, he still would have to be decently old, mid 40's. I don't think people would want a 20 year old hunk playing Indy.
The industry is trying to milk all it can out of old movies, but I don't think Spielburg has a record of just using movies to suck the hell out of Americas wallets. He's rich enough to do what he wants....
I think companies have overdone the cellphone. I wouldn't mind if google got into it though, maybe then it would be free, but 99 cents/5 songs.... Google works just fine if you know a sentence of the lyrics.
My Impression: Dragged and melo dramatic
But....did anyone see the Millennium Falcon in the movie.
It's coming into the star port before Obi Wan and Anakin come into port after saving the Chancellor.
And what's with the rumor about George Lucas showing up in the film?
Someone has already patented the process of growing a clone from birth, and when needed call upon this "clone" for body parts when needed. The body would grow with you, just in case you have a freak Slashdot accident.
Since we are the subject of customization and google, an awesome addition would be a GCalender system. It's hooked to your account, and it allows you to store tasks etc. It would be a wonderful thing to the customization page. Everytime you open your homepage you got your daily and/weekly duties right there anywhere.
Another thing that has no relvance is when is google going to over free webhosting past blogger/blogspot.com
It's nice, good customization. One thing I find not to nice, is that it spreads out with the window. I for one like it to remain a bit smaller than the window. Spanning eyes hurts! And there are few weird links...If you go to "My Search History" and back "Google Home" you go to root google.com not the google.com/ig you were just at...If they want a custom homepage it would be nice if they treated my custom homepage ALWAYS as mine, unless specified. Google.com should go directly to my/ig unless I tell them not to...but I guess they haven't gotten around to "options" It's good to have simple options, but then real indepth ones for people who just....care...
I'm sorry if I sound arrogant, but will someone please inform me exactly what SCO is/does...I hear alot about them on/. but just cock my head like a dog at them.
You can still pirate Open Source, but then you actually ARE hurting the producers. Microsoft never cared enough to stop pirating.
Win95-98 didn't have anything to protect it. It was Microsoft's plan to dominate the world. Release the virus and let everyone take a big ole wift.
WinXP - Now you can "legalize" your "illegal" version. Big woop! It still doesn't stop *us* from doing anything different on the OS.
OSS is the way to really go.
The cure for cancer is not worth the money it takes. Cures are not the answer, atleast to those providing the "longevity medication".
The RIAA can't sue for millions once the piracy scheme is over, they will have to find reasonable ways to actually make money. Only then will they stop making B$.
There will always be "piracy". It's just how we think of things. Our world is so cought up on what's mine and what's his, when it coems down to it. We are all dead. Give it a few hundred years, and your life won't mean anything. How much you bitched about piracy will be nonexisitant and the only people that will survive are the ones that:
a) Get off this planet and learn to survive in space.
b) Ones who steal Bill Gates money and refer to a).
Our world is so selfish, we take so long deciding who's what's, that we slow progress down, and actually think we are civilized enough to legislate progress
I love my pesimistic views at the moment.
My father works for Boeing, and everything has to be hardlined. There is a company ban on any "secure data" being transfered by any wireless protocol. This ban came when the scare of serious wifi security measures were hacked. The government is smart to stay away from wifi, until a more secure type of encryption is enabled. Maybe possibly a private "wifi protocol" specifically for the government?
I have known about this for quite sometime. San Fransico, I believe was chosen becuase there are many companies already based here, that relate to Lucas Arts work. The "can work 10 times faster" is just becuase of basic centralization. The whole company was spread out, and it was more productive to place a large firm in the most expensive realstate second only to Manhatten.
When I first read this article, there seemed a locgically, but linear, point of view. The poster simply connected one fact to another, with no real support. It is logical, but not practical. What is really strange, is how people are responding to this post. Many are simply ignoring the fact that services, Napster, Yahoo etc. are providing an unlimited amount of music, with small compensation. They provide a service as cheap as a magazine subscription. Many people simply argue past the $5 a month of damages, others argue about the DRM, uploaders, but when it comes down to it, the RIAA is trying to play both sides. They are trying to prevent piracy, and advocate cheaper "better" resources. They sue for thousands and sell their CDs for $10-$20, but yet offer for $5 a month all the music one can hold on a personal MP3 player.
What is next when the sales of box office movies to torn apart by a $5 subscription of online moves? Will there be more controversy?

They dare to mock the sacred name of Linux!
Wait until the day where $#%^&*@ [Slashdot censorsed it, I Swear....] can't be said anymore, due to the overpowering strength of LINUX! *Evil Laugh*
Bottom line, it is pointless, and will fail.
Wonder what the visual representation of this would be in HTML.....
You'd think with all their "toy light beamy thingys" they would have "twin tests". "OH I HAD NO IDEA I WAS HAVING TWINS"

Sorry that was my other head.

Why buy the Windows OS, when you can pay half the price and get a Dell!
They took our jobs, know we have plenty of free time to pirate the world!

Isn't this supposed to be when you go Start Menu> Find> Find Files? Did I miss something here. This is supposed to be implemented into Windows?
