They own those poles and will not grant competitors access to those poles. If a company uses eminent domain to acquire property they should be bound to operating for the greater good if communications travel on eminent domain poles. Decision implies a choice, an atom does not make a choice to add an atom or not, if an electron is available it will add it. A microprocessor does not choose, it only does what its told to do based on variables given to it.
John Deer does this with tractors all ready, the tractor is free the software is not. When you want to replace a part on your free tractor a john deer tec with a special reader has to come out to tell the tractor software to accept the replacement part for a small fee. Not surprisingly there is a bootleg tractor OS that is missing this feature.
The "waste" from nuclear reactors can be recycled, there is still waste from recycling but instead of decaying in 1,000s of years it's 100's of years.
The amount of nuclear waste to generate electricity for a year for the average American is 40 grams. Burning fossil fuels produce between 350 and 1000 grams per kWH they produce multiple orders of magnitude more waste then nuclear power does.

You receive 3 months worth of pay which is the term of the non-compete, it does not matter who ends employment. You do know that there are only 50,000 coal miners in the US, the only states where the margin was less then that were Alaska, Main, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin and roughly 0.03% of the voting population. I prefer the labor participation rate, % of adults working. It's been oscillating between 62.5% and 63% since march of 2016 before that is was steadily dropping from 66% in Jan 2009. It's not without its flaws part time and full time are treated the same but it's much better then the unemployment rate.
A survey in 2011 found that only 72% of Muslims viewed suicide bombings and other forms of violence against civilian targets as never justified. The pew poll in 2013 had similar results, I could not find more recent results on muslims' views but I doubt they've changed much. I challenge you to find any poll of Christians that that think the actions you listed above are never justified below 95%. More then one in four muslims are nuts while less then 1 in 20 Christians are, everyone has crazies, islam is the only religion that encourages the craziness.
