    There may not be a expectation of privacy but it is wildly agreed that you do have a expectation not to be stalked, hiding behind a set of cameras should not preclude someone from that charge.

    No, that's the European Commission. Don't you love the European political system, we have the Council of [European] Ministers (i.e. this Council of the EU); the European Commission; and the Council of Europe, and the last one is not even a part of the EU.

    You could try VLC or another software player that uses libdvdcss, but I think mac DVD drives implement the RPC2 region lock-out so it might not work.
