Maybe it's just me then. When ever I've gotten a passport or fake ID for that matter, its been a simple go to the mall, find a automated photo booth that they litter the place with, take poorly timed photo, post photo with form. Is that not how it works in the US?

Admittedly I only clicked the link after I posted that, but I feel my point still stands. X11 in it self still only has one CorePointer and one set of Keyboard focus, even with mpX. MpX does indeed let you have multiply pointers and focuses, but it does this by providing a new extension to libX, and for older non-modified clients provides a crude multi-pointer to single pointer mapping.

You should note that the EU Constitution, really at this moment just an old bit of rag hanging around. It has no legal force, you would be better looking at the treaties of Rome and Paris. Though it is not quite the same you might want to look at Greenland, once part of the EU's legal precursor (the EEC is memory serves) but once it was given home rule from Denmark choice to leave.

But the file format is not crashing the system, it is just sitting on the hard drive and the system is not misbehaving. The problem is playing said file, and that is not defined by the standard; especially if what some people here is saying is true, that it is a video driver problem. This is IMHO not a "M$ hate open standards!1!, evil fags lols" issue.

On the topic of MSMPEG4, while it did diverge from the standard, I'll be more willing to say this is due to laziness rather then malice, after it was a awful codec on all counts, not just this one.
