Icons was boring. It had a few intresting bits, but it was only 30 minutes. About 10 minutes, was commercials, 10 more minutes was bumpers telling us what was next, 8 minutes was pointless "chit-chat" segments. I never found more then 2 minutes of that show intresting, and I am being nice.
I am quite embarrased to count these people in my faith.
Also I would like to point out that the pope has stated that the Bible is completely compatable with evolution.
But that could apply to anything that lowered in price. $300 for a console at launch or wait a year and pay $200? Just because a person didn't use a product that they bought is no reason to expect a refund. Not that I am beating up on you; we all have done bought a little to much into the consumerism on occasion.
But if that were true a hacker would just have to bypass the key mechanism. Thus a bypass would allow all XBox 360 to be compromise. I suspect the PR guy was just blowing wind, misspoke, or just doesn't understand the security measures.
10,400 divided by 25 servers mean 416 people per server.
I was 423 in the queue on Wow last sunday.
Eve hit "23,178 simultaneous users on a single server" according to a clipping from another slashdot article.
$150,000 is the cost of a mid-entry level software engineer.
Anything else I missed?

I'll say it again "the pope has stated that the Bible is completely compatable with evolution"
Unless of course you don't think the Pope is christian?

Anyone care to guess how long until modchips for XBox 360 hit the streets? I say 6 months.
