If they have just released a fixed version than how can it be said that ALL versions are vulnerable? Really this sensationalism over fact gets irritating.
It might be a high swr standing wave ratio caused by metal objects nearby. This can gradually burn out the "finals" that is the power transistors in the transmitting circuit. Something similar could be happening to the router.
Yep the statistical likelihood of a graphics card failing suddenly and catastrophically raises to a near certainty when you register its fingerprint. Its the Murphy's Misery Principle - The likelihood of something going wrong is proportional to the amount of misery it would cause. Many graphics cards fail but still operate but with glitches. I imagine this might change the fingerprint.
Thieves have been breaking in in stealing the cable replacing it with the cheap ones from grocery outlet. Owners can't tell the difference in video quality at all until its too late and then the cable is long gone. Also they don't have serial numbers on them so please can't recover them. It's such a travesty. Prudent buyer should insure it each and every 1 of these cables. My gump said that's all I gotta say about that.
Yep and for these reasons looking at sensitive data is easy to resist if you have the right attitude. What might happen if I found out the company was downsizing or might fail? I just invite more stress and worry into my life.
Ironic that the legality of what people do can change from week to week, and silly that a company can say that its illegal to do this and that no matter what it is, instead of saying its breach of contract. This kind of thing is silly as they are not part of the government, no matter how much money they make, but because of the pull they have and their lobbyists they might as well be.
Only in America.
I pity the fool that says they are threatened by movie quotes. Either that or the have so much time on their hands that they have to make a stink just for something to do. Sure might not be the best thing to let your kids see but they probably have seen worse on Saturday morning TV.
You know how annoying it would be to have to stop and look for your tools because someone's pet monkey would sneak away with your tools?
Well Firefox seems to have become that pet monkey. I'm deep into some project, and suddenly I get some upgrade notice and I have to review which updates are now broken? Oh then I got to find out what else is broke?
Firefox, give us a break!! Er wait don't! You've been giving us plenty of broken tools, web sites.
Yep I can see myself having to write down movie titles I might be interested in and putting two check marks by each title to show I searched both places. I do research for work - this feels like work! No thank you! They could just have a button that says Search Quickstar/Netflix) for the DVD or maybe just integrate it on one web site or better yet! I got it! Merge the two under Netflix! That makes sense!! Oops!, We've come full circle! What a great idea they killed!
I've had my share of bad experiences with best lie but recently I bought an HDTV from them and got it home only to find that all the mounting hardware was MISSING, no bolts, no screws, no cables - nothing but the TV and the base.
Despite the fact that when I bought it they got me to pay for their unwanted geek squad warranty by ganging up on me three salesmen to one customer and every time I said NO they pretended I said YES to buying the warranty, I got so frustrated I caved in and bought it. They got away with it because they were the ONLY electronics place around with a deal I could afford even with the warranty but they lost a LOT of business from me. Nine out of ten times I think of shopping at best lie I don't because I get angry when I think of what they did. I go there and a salesperson says something I want to slap them and call them skum!
Despite this after the TV incident I would still rather them open it to make sure some idiot didn't leave something out of the box. They claimed my missing hardware was not possible. I would hate to open a new laptop to find it damaged, cracked or missing and have to try to prove to those jackasses that I didn't do it. I'd rather they not install their crap ware on it though.
might have enough money to bribe the p***ks that be to allow to allow Netflix to be played on Linux. There is no reason it can't except for those who are forbidding it to be enabled on anything but an "Approved" operating system. Its not incompatible its greed from somewhere.
Frankly, with the plethora of malware attacks where I work as the malware hitman (Malware Fixer/Remover) I consider windows a virus trap! I used to enjoy gaming and tweaking my windows but now I turn it on with a sickening sense of dread - am I going to be able to watch some show or play a game or am I going to have the joy of cleaning up yet another invasion?
I don't have those worries with Linux - Yet!
I would LOVE to be able to play netflix on Linux. For those with Netflix this is a show stopper - Literally!

The biggest threat are these lawmakers. We need laws to protect us from lawmakers!!!

Yep there goes my reason to buy Seagate.
I don't need to open a door to know I have a book that have a short term memory leak.

I outsourced the reading of the comments Below. Yours was funny.
Couldn't resist
They're paranoid! Are you sure you want that kind of grass?
I predict a sudden rise in incidents of hysterical blindness.
Stealth window glass!
I too wanted to run Linux on a vista laptop but the inability to run Netflix was a Showstopper.
After while listening to it I got so agitated charles manson sent me a note telling me I needed to calm down !
Excess sugar in the blood can be damaging, the kidneys end up being damaged from over-work trying to excrete the excess sugar. Hmm, the possibilities.
Better hang em high because if they survive one of them will sue for infringing on the noose patent!

which make me feel ashamed to be human! A coffin sounds like a better place for such human debris.
