  3. Consider what happens when a scuba diving bottle fails.... I hope this compressed air storage system is in someone else's neighborhood.

  4. Why would democrats think they are censored? The extreme liberal views are promoted by both social media and CNN, MSNBC, and etc.

  5. What happened before obumma? on 'Netflix and Alphabet Will Need To Become ISPs, Fast' (techcrunch.com) · · Score: 0

The so called net neutrality is nothing more than government control. The internet prospered tremendously before obumma. It is called competition. The best service for the lowest cost will prevail.

  6. I hope the battery powered cars can make it the 30 miles between charge stations. I wonder how much it will cost per gallon equivalent and how much the states' tax payers will have to subsidize these stations?

  8. Pay based on benefit to the company on The Higher Your Salary, the More Time Your Employer Will Pay You Not To Work (qz.com) · · Score: 0

When a company is paying an employee at higher rates it is because that employee makes more money for the company. The higher paid employee surely has a higher skill set and is in more demand by all similar companies. Hence, the company is willing to provide more benefits to obtain and and retain that valuable employee. Lower paid employees are much easier to find due to a lower skill set. Why would a company give more benefits to an employee that does not have a high value to a company? Big surprise....

  9. Boring on The 50th Anniversary of Stanley Kubrick's "2001: A Space Odyssey" · · Score: 0

It may have been seminal but it was boring. I was in high school at the time. It wasn't the best movie to take a girlfriend if you wanted her to watch the movie. ;)

  10. Net neutrality is just government (obumma and libtards) speak for government control.

  15. Inviting Big Brother? on Many US States Propose Their Own Laws Protecting Net Neutrality (seattletimes.com) · · Score: 0

Why people want more government amazes me. Government never gets it right and it just dumbs it down for everyone. Think Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice, ..... Bumma's net neutrality was never about neutral, only more government control. Net neutrality == doublespeak.

  16. Where is net (socialist) neutrality when you need it? There were outages during obumma's time, as well. How in the world did the internet work prior to 2015 without government control? Like your doctor? You can keep your doctor....

  17. According to the US EEOC, a disability is any medical condition that interferes with a major life function. The intent is for a broad interpretation not one that has to be litigated in the courts. The intent is to provide accommodations for individuals that need them. Individuals are not required to prove their disability. I can see this as a class action against Google composed of individuals that are being discriminated against due to their disability. Basis = disability. Issue = prevention of necessary accommodations. Resolution = provide accommodations.

Quite a far cry from the the FS1 Flight Simulator I used to play on my TRS-80 Model 1 with 16 k of memory and loaded from a cassette. (And that original system probably cost more than an Xbox One X not even considering the time value of money.)
