Yeah, same here. Some of my friends have tried to get me to "upgrade" to an X-FI card, at which point I ask them about Linux drivers, then remind them that I don't use a 64-bit OS.
Actually, I find it much more likely that the poor bastard would end up with gajillions of people suing the hell out of him for most likely made up monetary damages, and then a hitherto unheard of coalition of groups with way more money than anyone else working to take the domain name from him. Just sitting on it like he is doing now is probably the best option, although if he wants to make some sort of statement to them, he could set his mail server up so that it sends a reply to everyone who sends him an email, which would contain the contents of the original. Of course, that would lead to those who are actually trying to reach him probably forming a mob and burning his house down, but he doesn't need that, right?

It reacted to surfaces and objects in the demos like you would expect it to react, but it wasn't feeling. It was clunky and awkward, to say the least. It was more like taking a stick and moving it along something. Just figured I would share my experiance with the device.

Also, they might be fined by local authorities. This whole ordeal that they brought upon themselves could have very serious consequences for their future business.

This isn't new behavior from Microsoft at all, although your examination of why this is happening now is dead on.

Apologize, wasn't attempted spam, was a certain failure to RTFA (the one I linked to, I might add) on my end. You may now continue tossing eggs at me.
