    City, state and federal privacy laws over data collection, networked data sets going back decades.
    To connect photo ID with gov/private sector ID, bank accounts
    Sanctuary city data protection for decade after decade of illegal migrants.
    People using fake and shared US citizenship. Fake education and fake professions. Criminals who have no past.
    Data sets that kind of look like that of a real US citizen but are used by a criminal/someone who needs that fake ID.
    A government would have to link city/state/federal database sets and "discover" all the fake/shared ID creation and use.
    For that everyone would have to have a bank account, photo ID, to show citizenship.

    It wold be a very easy US wide database to set up and then add people to.
    The why not is political. Someone political is protecting everyone using the fake and shared ID in states and cities and don't want to see that detected federally.
    Too much would be discovered. The who and why of that city./state political pressure not to secure US banks, photo ID and citizenship.
    The federal pressure not to allow state and cities more access to federal data sets about US citizenship.

    to a USB stick and walk out with data for political reasons.

    The well-meaning worker who hands your documents/data to a waiting journalist?
    Who collected data on the crimes of the company, a side of politics, brand, gov, NGO, movie studio, bank, mil they work for and tells the world.

    Want security?
    Is the person who they say their are. Fake ID? Sharing an ID? Not a citizen? No security clearance found but they present as having a gov/mil past and a security clearance?
    Dont hire people with a past that is fictional and created.
    Investigate your staff. Their background in education. Their ability to learn. Their use on non academic considerations to get an education.
    Could they pass their exams at every stage of their education?
    Who they are friends with. Their friends politics. Are their friends criminals? What their hobbies are. Any lifestyle problems that are beyond their wage? Gambling? In debt? What do they read, watch, publish?
    Addiction that cost more than their wage? Health problems? Medical issues not covered by their wage and health insurance? An alcohol problem? Found faith? Looking for faith?
    Have they worked in a trusted setting before? Did they report problems? Talk to journalists? Create problems in past jobs?
    A split loyalty to another nation, faith, cult? Getting work in your nation to spy for anther nation over decades?
    A change in online political views to become an activist? Talking to and seeking out journalist? Discovered looking up advice on accountability and whistleblower laws?
    Meeting with journalists? Got a new lawyer who has a security clearance and who works with whistleblowers?

    Mitigate the risks by hiring on merit and doing a full background investigation.
    Then give your new staff some fictional project. See who is tempted to walk to the media with fake project documents.
    See who made a copy. Who transferred out a copy. Why contacted a journalist to talk about aspects of the fake project?
    Advance the trust worthy staff.
    Move the trusted and tested workers to important projects. Keep staff who can't be trusted on projects that are in the open.
    Stop adding staff who bring complex problems to your company/brand/gov/mil.
    Look for the best quality workers who can be trusted. Dont hire workers you have to trust you know nothing about.
    Hire on merit and do much more research before accepting new staff.
    Stop telling your staff project details they have no reason to know about.
    Stop putting project details on networks and computers anyone within a secure company network can "find" and copy.
    Look over what your staff search for in internal computer networks. Do they know project names/details they never got told about/are not working on?
    Understand your staff. Secure your documents. Dont let internal data security become one large plain text data set.
    Not on a network? Staff who are politically motivated can copy data out.

    A medical center.
    Everyone wins with faster internet and allows people to stay in a community.
    That attracts new jobs and allows for growth and more wealth.
    Every part of a small community a monopoly ISP totally failed to bring fast new network services to.

    1. Ask the monopoly ISP to upgrade their network in your community to 1000/1000 ready services.
    Wait for the offical "no".
    2. Take the offical "no" to your gov and ask them to allow in a new ISP that can build a 1000/1000 ready service.
    Wait for the monopoly ISP to block the new ISP attempt.
    3. Ask for community broadband as the monopoly granted to the ISP is not keeping up with advancements in network tech.
    The monopoly ISP is also using its monopoly position to block competition in your community.
    4. Allow the monopoly ISP to state when it would have a 1000/1000 ready network.
    5. Did the monopoly network get a 1000/1000 network ready when asked?
    6. Show the monopoly network did not have a 1000/1000 network and that it also used its monopoly position to block any new ISP that could offer a 1000/1000 network.
    The granted ISP monopoly is no longer worth keeping as the ISP has not delivered what is needed to stay as a protected monopoly.
    7. Go with community broadband and bring an open 1000/1000 network to your community. Time for some new trenches and fibre optic cables.
    8. The community has a 1000/1000 network ready to connect to private land. Connect when a connection is requested to private land.
    Land owners can help if they want. Connect when they want.
    9. Invite different ISP from all over the USA onto your network. Enjoy some selection in ISP services.
    10. People can enjoy fast internet connections like in a US city.

    When a monopoly network won't keep up with tech its time to open the community to better more innovative brands.
    The monopoly was granted to keep a network working and to keep that network in a productive condition.
    What was once granted to a network can be removed.
    Wont offer 1000/1000 services? Bring in a new ISP that can do a community broadband network.
    Build that network and invite a lot of different ISP onto that new community network.
    Enjoy services. The freedom to select from US wide ISP brands. Each with different price, speed, data caps and quality.
    Don't stay with a monopoly ISP that failed a community for another decade.
    Move on from the monopoly service that could not keep up with tech and find a lot of new ISP.

    Every part of the USA has smaller towns. They need the ability to get their own fast community broadband working.
    No need to move to a big city with all its city problems.
    Stay in the best parts of the USA and enjoy new community broadband.

    All kinds of monopoly laws stand in the way of good local community efforts to use community broadband.
    Remove the laws and control and they will be able to bring in their own new and amazing community networks.

    That slot for a big heavy German "searchlight" might just fit other German "exports".
    An educational robot with a camera and heavy lift "arm" so people all over the world can learn to code.
    Change up some German code and its another export winner.
    Industrial inspection robot that can move around difficult factory terrain. That can move a big heavy camera to track any moving industrial process?
    Fire fighting robot that can track a "hose" like device on something moving that's "hot" or "warm"?
    A new fast platform that keeps a "camera" entered on any moving "heat".
    A rescue robot that will always find humans and that has a powerful human tracking "camera".
    So many ways to get a robotic movie robot working to follow an actor around the set.

    Usage patterns of movement?
    What roads, pathways, parks need upgrades due to changes in transport usage?
    Who is using what transport, where and when?
    High Intensity Crime Areas? Will police get real time movements? Like with CCTV on a nice new GUI and map?
    Have that new police ghost car all ready?
    Will that connection with a city be worth the fake ID detection risk? To stay in a networked city with fake ID?
    Got a fake ID? Using/sharing parts of another ID? Created an ID when it was more easy?
    CCTV and lots of extra facial recognition will be ready to ensure all transport is working well.

    Remember that your ISP can be like a tube. A series of tubes.
    Tubes that have to bring extra big truck loads of new gaming material to each game in real time.
    What is not great about your ISP tube?
    1. The series of tubes is NN approved paper insulated wireline.
    2. The one network needed a lot more work and a lot new investment to make it great. The tube never got the investment.
    3. The one tube like network was once really great but cant support computer games. New investment had to start a long time ago.
    4. The series of tubes ends in one tube that never had much investment.
    5. The part where one tube meets a series of new tubes was never going to support all the new computer games.

    Work out want your one NN approved ISP is doing so wrong.
    Lack of investment? The wrong tube? The series of tubes needs a more professional ISP to build a new tube?
    Been a monopoly ISP is not about placing one tube network in a community and extracting profits for generations from that community.
    That monopoly ISP should have had an upgrade ability in the terms that allowed it to stay the only monopoly ISP in that community.
    To keep up with network advancements in tube design as part of been a protected monopoly ISP.

    Ask your ISP?
    They are the only ISP and can't do that speed?
    Request community broadband to support the services needed to enjoy a computer game as the "only" ISP cant support that speed.

    Getting to be the "only" ISP comes with the idea that the network tech has to be kept fast.
    Fail as the "only" ISP in keeping up with advances in network tech and its time for some real ISP competition.
    For a ISP to become the only approved ISP they have to keep up with advances in tech.
    Bring in another new ISP that can work with new really fast networks. Bring in community broadband when existing network tech gets too slow.
    Put a lot of different ISP on new community broadband and see what they can do with speed and data caps.
    Then enjoy some new computer games on a new computer.

    A US citizen working for decades in the US supporting US tax payments is what the US needs more of.
    The US needs citizens to pay in a lot of tax every year for decades. Not send their wage out of the USA ever year for a few years.
    A foreign worker would never spend all their wage in a foreign nation. That wage is going back to their own nation as savings.
    Why would anyone come to another nation and not save their wage? The project could end in a short time and that have no money saved?
    Better to hire US citizens and have them spend their wage and pay more tax in the USA for decades.

    Think it as a list of approved prescriptions. Nations add lower cost medical products every year to an approved list.

    Canada can talk about new lower cost bulk purchases for all Canadians of some needed medical products.
    Canada can make people pay for each use.
    Wait for the cost to become lower and only then approve the medical care.
    Then do a bulk purchases when the price drops.
    That how nations "subsidised" "free" health care. Lists of what is approved, what decade and for how much.
    Any advanced nations health care plan can only pay for so much every year and can only bring in so many products and services.
    To reduce costs the nations can:
    Select from some products.
    Not approve expensive new products.
    The costs to the nation then drop but people can only select from a set list of products and services.

    Why risk paying for a political movie script with low quality actors?
    Put the same hours into streaming movies and series?
    Lots of better ways to spend that money and ways to work out what to do with a few free hours.

    People all over the EU want the freedom to select the US products they want to use.
    Thats the freedom they should have as users and consumers.
    Their own computer. Their ISP. Their US software and US services to use.
    People in the EU like the freedom of innovative and productive US brands.
    What can the EU nations and their gov do?
    Let your people select the computer products they want.
    Want powerful and new EU brands to be competitive and interesting? Allow them to grow and be productive.
    Leas tax, less censorship. Less EU gov control.
    People might then consider trying an EU brand.
    EU laws, taxes and rules do not make for fun new products and services.

    Lets see what they can do on the existing series of tubes to the user over distances.
    It could open up great demand for new ISP services with no data caps.

    Not so great playing the new MS game all weekend and not having any ISP data for next day.
    MS needs people paying for new games and playing advanced new games.
    Then telling everyone about how great MS is and how much fun their new server games are.

    That good news for MS will not spread with any ISP that totally slows the users network mid way into a new MS game.

    Fun new games need fast ISP and the data limits to enjoy them.
    Community broadband and a selection of really great new ISP could be the plus side to MS needing better ISP products to sell games.
