Should every new work of art pass some art test to see if it can be published?
An author has to go back and add in more diversity just to get published?
Books to be considered for new movies and series will all have to have a mandated set amount of diversity?
Once work is approved as been within a "male and pale" limit will further revisions be needed to remove more "male and pale" before a movie can be made?
Will an artist have a say in how their work is further corrected?
An artist freedom is now reduced to filling a quota of characters who are not "male and pale"?

Generations of poor people, illegal migrants get locked out of the normal banking sector that citizens enjoy.
So the USA keeps its entry to loans and banking services open to all.
The way around that is a document list that proves citizenship. Photo ID, passport, birth certificate, driver licence should all add up in parts to getting a bank account.
That fully legal and working nations ID has value later to illegal migrants and international students looking to "work".
As long as the date of birth adds up years later thats a part time job for a non citizen working illegally in a nation under a citizens name.
Thats a working ID, full bank account and way to never get a tax problem when getting a wage. Wage goes in, cash comes out clean.

In a few years you have a clean usable ID to sell.
No party political work history.

That new EU comprehensive network is a comprehensive way to get funds out of the EU and nations in the EU.
The EU is paying for new services it will never need in poor regions with few local people and few tourists.
