    They can use their own free time to code for a project they enjoy working on.
    That will produce a great quality of code and ensure the project has years of support as OS and hardware advance.
    The code can then be given away to the world for free.

    Visa and passports would be more easy to reconcile as a person legally entered and later departs the USA.
    A persons face would have to match the application in a US embassy, their arrival and their return to their own nation.
    People who lie to the USA about their "holidays" and travel to nations to support banned groups.
    Over stay and the USA knows who is not in the USA legally. Later detection is then possible so that person in the USA illegally can be returned to their own nation.
    The tracking of all illegal migrants all over the USA who thought some state granted ID card would ensure access to state and federal gov services.
    The tracking of any illegal migrant who attempts to access gov services.
    A deeper way to connect a citizens face to more city, state and federal databases to ensue citizens get the gov services they need.
    No using different personal ID by different people, no getting extra support and services many times under different ID.
    No more creating a fake ID and using that to access real ID.
    Accessing education? Work? Government supporting that education in your state? Time to find out if that person is a citizen and can be approved for such gov support.
    Criminals using a fake ID to create a new future by entering the education system under a new fake name.
    No easy way to create a state ID and then access the gov as an illegal migrant.

    To make cities safe again. Less crime and no way for criminals to stay hidden in their supportive communities.
    The tracking of every person in an illegal tent city.
    The ability to track people who use city streets for their waste and drug use.
    A new tool for police to track criminals. Criminals in any existing city/federal/state database. Friends of criminals who may not yet be in a database.

    Supporting the mil on missions. Find out who is wondering around all the mil camps, bases, ports and forts.
    Why is a person outside a mil fence line with a camera? Who is that person? Have they been to other US mil sites?
    Anti war protester? Person doing another First Amendment audit? Spy?
    Facial recognition technology will provide the US mil with a way to quality sort out who is spying and who they later report to.
    Cult and faith members trying to get into gov/mil work while supporting banned groups in other nations.
    People supporting banned groups/criminals trying to enter US police forces.
    Long term political activists trying to enter the US mil/gov/a mil contractor as new staff.
    People with security clearances in the US gov/mil who want to meet with political activists, banned groups, cults, faith groups, other nations spies to give/sell US secrets.

    Facial recognition at all transport centres so criminals and people with fake ID cant move around to create a new ID in another state.
    Facial recognition of drivers and passengers along road networks. Near all rail, ports, airports to look for illegal migrants and criminals.
    Fake ID and a lack of citizenship will become more difficult to hide.

    Who has the ability to stop that freedom of speech and then ban user created content?
    An actor who does not like their ability to act getting comment on?
    The studio who only wants the most positive reviews to remain online?
    One government offical invoking a new fairness doctrine?
    A politically motivated person with a brands approval to remove content?
    A group of politically motivated people who once worked for a gov/mil and who now want to shape the online reviews of movies?
    A gov approved group of artists who will approve or ban a users content due to political content?
    Let people create and publish their own thoughts on a movie. Let internet users find the reviews they think are useful. No political censorship is needed.

    AC nations that have the freedom to publish do not want to their governments to remove movie reviews.
    People do have the right to talk about bad quality politically motivated movies in any way they want.

    Should only positive pre approved pro studio, studio approved reviews be allowed on social media AC?
    Should anyone who takes the time to write a well thought out negative review about the domestic political content of a movie get their account removed?
    Would linking to a negative review get a social media account removed AC?

    Social media would then only have happy gov and studio approved review and reviewers accounts?
    People would tend to notice that every bad movie they saw had a really good studio approved review.

    The fix for all this is to make really great movies people enjoy and allow reviews to tell people a movie is worth going to see.
    The fans who are very happy about new content then become a movies very enthusiastic supporters. Free marketing, how good is that AC.

    Removing accounts on social media for movie reviews will not help a bad political movie recover from a low quality script.

    Again AC fans do have the freedom of speech to review a movie in any way they want.
    They have the freedom to point out political content.
    A poor quality script.
    A script that fails to connect with past books and movies in any way.
    Comical acting and events that don't flow with the rest of the years of content.
    Why should bad quality political movies that fans do not like get good reviews?
    Thats what freedom of the press is all about. Not having big gov demand movie reviews stay positive for one side of domestic politics.

    With social media and online reviews people don't have to trust a few national newspaper and TV review shows like they did in past decades.
    Lots of fans can publish their own thoughts online about a movie they saw and present their own views on the script, political content and acting.

    Want to make a new political movie using a brand a lot of people enjoy, the reviewers will notice and have the freedom to comment on that.

  16. Make a good movie with a good script and the fans would be happy. The movie would be getting great reviews and fans would be all over spreading the good news about the history and plot.
    Make a new political plot with no connection to past work under a much enjoyed series brand and the fans will talk about that online and in social media.
    Want movie to be good?
    Find the best people who understand the past work. Fans will then spread the good news for decades.

    Fans are not bots. Fans are looking for quality and creativity. When that is totally lacking they will review to reflect that script problem.

    That the animated meme of a frail politician provided fun and joy to millions.

    A human made the art.
    The human who found the image, artwork, animation is still doing the creative work.
    The bot just allows a person to use their time in a better way. To find more art and share powerful political memes. The bot doing the broadcasting.
    The political party provided the candidate. The human with skills created the political art that reflects the comedy of such a selection.

    Re Why don't we have more nuclear power?
    The UK did a lot of that for it nuclear mil projects and for power generation.
    Worked well while been supported with tax funded projects.
    Then the real cost of keeping up with investing in new nuclear tech and later decommissioning gat factored in.
    Low cost power from nuclear could not cover the build cost, the working costs, the later support cost and finally the decommissioning.
    The only "win" in funds was the design and material needed for nuclear weapons production lines.

    Most advanced nations just pay into a bank account. Send out a letter with a payment. "Less paperwork" is not what is costing nations more.
    Everything a gov has to do will still have to be done after a UBI. Just with lost more extra tax to pay for a UBI too.
    Re "government issued photo ID." Why would any government give a UBI to illegal immigrants and random people who are not citizens? Why risk one citizen getting more that one UBI payment?

    The social contract only worked for a set working and productive population. A number of well educated and productive tax paying workers entering the work force every year. Then working and paying tax for decades.
    A number of people who had paid tax for decades needing a gov pension in old age.
    With set numbers of people and very well educated population every year that would be within a nations budget.
    Have too many working age people not paying tax as they don't work, not educated to any standard to get work and then having to pay an old age pension?
    Add in the cost of decades of complex health care, gov supported housing and the budget has to push the pension age further out.
    Working people in jobs needed to pay tax. Not many more people who should be working getting generations of gov support.
    The UBI is just another cost to further add to a budget.
    At what point will workers not be able to cover their own rent, house, food, health care, transport and fall into a new type of working poverty. A small UBI every month will not replace the huge UBI tax rate on workers.
    A much longer wait for less gov specialist medical care. The UBI won't cover the full cost of private medical care.
    Everything sold will have to be taxed more and more to pay for a UBI.

    If the level is high enough everyone working will be paying more of their wage in new taxes to pay for a UBI.
    Once productive wages will be taxed so much most of the average workers will be with less income.
    Their rent/payments, utility bills, taxes will stay the same. New UBI taxes will remove more of their discretionary spending. The small UBI will not make up for all the new taxes and their cost of living.
    People on the UBI will find their UBI does not cover what they need to get into further education, pay for transport, pay rent near work.
