To be pedantic I think the C# language definition is open source. What isn't is the runtime. You could write a C# compiler with its own runtime and you'd have a pretty nifty alternative to Java.

What you can't do is copy the windows runtime. I wonder how mono would do if Microsoft invoked patents against it. I suspect not well, but with Mono in its current state it is to MS's advantage - they can say they are multi-platform but know that most people will give up because of the 50% of programs that won't run and turn to Windows.

Actually Germans are not the most courteous drivers in my experience - they are impatient. If you get in the wrong lane, go slow or something they are quick to sound the horn at you (and that often happens when driving on the wrong side). The most courteous drivers I have come across are in Salt Lake City, where you can come up in the wrong lane, signal and people will just let you in. This is even more surprising because in Germany I was driving a UK car and it would be obvious that I was not used to driving on the right, but in Salt Lake City I had a rental car so I probably just appeared to be slow!

Though how much you could actually do and perform in two hours is debatable.

well, if it's anyone for the crowd around here they would only need 3-4 seconds, that is if they know what intercourse is already.

The last bit gives the explanation. 1 hour 59 minutes to read the "how to" manual and one minute to do it.
