    This "corrupt" California court is not obligated to do anything as far as discovery goes since its not a U.S. trial. Also, I am pretty sure that the EU woult give a rat's ass about thier attepmpts at discovery here in the states. If anything they could hold them in contempt for atempting to subvert the authority of the EU's Judiciary.

    Which I am sure every MS-hater here on /. would love, myself included.

    I think the laws need to be revisited - especially so that paedophiles have no grounds for appeal.

    So that guy down in prison who's former employee planted child porn on his computer and called the cops should have no chance of appeal? What benefit would that do to anyone? any law made will be used in ways other than intended, thats why we HAVE appeal.

    I would still support opera if your going to support firefox.
    Opera defaults to "Identify as IE" so those stats for opera are skewed down.

    Safari is gaining traction as well, you might wanna consider support for that.

    you mistake oil with gasoline/petrolium. oil takes a whole lot of heat to ignite, a lot more than 104F

    nothing at all, except the website belived it to be true when the published it, and so did the professor. but once it got press some inconsistancies started popping up. he questioned him and he admitted to lying, most likely to get an extension on his paper.

    We're given a choice between Kodos and Kang, and they're both gonna screw us.

    The only reason that you can only chose between kodos and kang is because your not voting for third parties. I dont wanna hear that "throwing moy vote away" crap i know you will spew because its only thrown away because people think that.

    After taking a look at that diagram it is evident that they didnt take tractor trailers into account, it would seem that 2 wheels placed close together as in most tractor trailers would crush the mechanism.

    On a related note that diagram is way too big for internet usage... at 1600x1200 resolution I still had to scale the image to 30% in opera for easy usage.

    Why usb? Why not embed some wireless capability, such as bluetooth and a tiny monitor onto the hand?
