    Well considering there isnt a very good CAD application for linux yet I would presume there will be none. Application developers, we need a good CAD app to bring in the civil engineers!

    Well I've not personally verified this CapitalOne is always advertizing thier online fraud protection. You should consider that.

    Indeed that would be hard. In my opinion what they should have done was get electrical engineers from non-competetive firms and had them fufil the duty of the jury. It seems to me this would be a much better interpretation of a jury of your peers.

    The problem with that is that our countries legal system is horribly broken so that its expensive to sue another person or company. Against a company like Microsoft only a few would be able to withstand the constant battle with the required legal fees. When they band together there is a much higher likelyhood that the suit will not die due to high legal fees.

    While this IS a good victory against spammers, I really worry about the constitutionality of such an action, UofT is a government funded school and as such should not be able to suppress the rights of free speech, even unpopular speech.

    Lately I'm finding myself enjoying NASA's strategy for developing technology. By rewarding the "discoverer" they get top quality product, for minimal investment and risk of shady contractors. I wish more of our government branches would do this.

    Windows Viper has a nice ring to it. Borrowing the implication of speed from the automotive world. The suggestion of power from the military world. And to top it off the windows are clean.
    And with the implications of being a deadly snake in the grass, It's a perfect fit!

    The itunes.co.uk site existed long before the itunes service was launched, thats not cybersquatting. That was a case similar to katie.com, this is different.

    This person intentionally attempted to exploit people's natural tendancy to make mistakes to infect people with spyware.

    The AC is an idiot. Gentoo is for people who like thier system up to date, not just ricers. however Red Hat is aimed at buisnesses and is the most well established name in linux distros, especially for businesses.
