This is not true anymore because firefox has stopped crashing daily long ago (I used to have script to delete cookies not on the whitelist at startup, but it's mostly pointless now because firefox has survived for weeks).
I like the general look, but it breaks Zoom Text Only (left sidebar) which is really annoying (I started using custom css to hide it on one of my machines).
Chrome also lacks Zoom Text Only, so I don't use it.
The problem with DRM/TPM/... today is that the 'vendors' like Apple and Microsoft are taking the control of the machine away from the owner. This means that a lot of advanced users will be on the 'must break DRM' side of the debate instead of 'DRM increases security'.

It's not even distributed by MS. That's even worse than Flash.
PDF is 100% useless... It's really sad that these days much of html content is useless too, due to too much use of fixed layout CSS instead of free flowing text and some tables.
Can't wait for the next Top Gear: buy an old car in Greece, drive to north of France, add some float barrels and drive across the Channel. Faster than flying, again.

Note, I'd probably put 3 40W incandescents there for the bathroom, etc...
Someone really needs to make a 3-in-1 screw-in adapter for light bulbs. Then maybe, if I put 3 15W CFLs it will be better than a 60-75W normal bulb.
For me, Alt+Tab is completely unusable!. The rest I could live with (except for unity's global menu bar).

Agreed, from someone that has seen a JIT generate >64KB of code for a function call.
May be true, but I think we also need a no-mouse Friday for gui/app designers/developers.

Seconded!
Zoom text only is a must-have feature. Except on broken sites.
Same for me. Unusable because I have Zoom text only enabled (which is a MUST).
Try Andromeda. It is a nice spaceship.
But I really like my semicolons (as much as lispers like their parenthesis)
If that's true, it makes me completely uninterested in the Volt... Just buy a Prius or similiar.
Now, if they need a direct link for > 70mph, just include a clutch that engages directly at that speed.
Kernel is 1 tab, which is always 8 spaces. This is completely different from 8 space indent.

It's nice to see someone confuse Slovenia and Slovenia in the right direction for once.

I prefer it because of Zoom text only. Otherwise, I'd have to use Readability on even more sites.
I tested 5000 tabs yesterday (opened month or two of history -> crash)
Firefox can be used by 6+ billion people. Will you pay?

There's some confusion about the route...
I suspect this will on average just make it use more power.
Java allocation might be more optimized than malloc. But garbage collections is often slower than free, for large apps (practical observation).
For me, the problem is not clicking, but dragging.
It starts feel like nails on the blackboard.
