    Tea Party wasn't relevant enough this year. The protesters for Occupy and Arab Spring (albeit different movements during 2011) were also encompassing for the term "Protester". So if the Tea Party would have made more noise this year I am sure they would have been recognized as well.

    If they are in fact able to get a court order, what is the difference WHERE the data resides? Assuming you are not talking about hosting your data in some government "non-accessible" nation. Unless of course you're planning on destroying or "getting rid" of it. And in that case if they could prove that you destroyed evidence you could have potentially a bigger issue on your hands.

    MVC is a pattern NOT specific to ASP.NET, so are you saying you are in favor of Microsoft's implementation and their framework for web, or a framework that supports MVC? No to mention I believe there are other (non-built in) MVC frameworks for .NET. I am not arguing your point to it's power, just to your specifics.

    Here in Cali I have seen many red light cameras taken down as well across different cities. Although I never researched the reasoning behind it.

    C++ is over-rated ... we used VB as well and it's the bestest EVAR (shreeeeeek, music stops) /runs for cover
