If the buyer lies, that's the buyer committing tax fraud and the buyer's problem, not Amazon's. 'Least, that's the way I'd see it. Require the buyer to state their county, and work it for that. Job done.
I'm not even vaguely in general direction of development. Nevertheless...
I get paid overtime pay at a fairly decent rate, for even as little as fifteen minutes extra. My supervisor and manager, however, do not. One of my colleagues was whining to me that the manager never stays on overtime but instead asks the rest of us to do so. To me, it seems an obvious choice: he doesn't get paid or get time in lieu, usually, so why should he stay when one of us can get paid extra to do so instead? My colleague for some reason wouldn't accept this, and I couldn't understand his reasoning.
I usually go for six pieces. Four pieces tend to be too large for easy handling, and eight pieces can sometimes be lacking in rigidity and therefore can be harder to eat. Usually, I find six pieces to be appropriate.
This is with just me eating the pizza, so no sharing is required. When sharing is intended, I'll adjust my slicing appropriately.
Actually, that's the same as all companies try to do. Most of them don't think they can get away with much, due to competition, and they're right. Telephone companies have all set similar prices, so there's no competition.
The intention is that you *always* use the switch before unplugging anything. I've seen plenty of sockets where the wall around it has deteriorated to the point where the socket assembly isn't secure, but the switch and socket still function perfectly.

You're a pirate. Extremely minor in the grand scheme of things, but you're a pirate.
People's hand and feet can make pretty good weapons. I don't think you're going to succeed in banning them.

Where're you going to get coal and oil in space?
I'll give you solar power in all practical timescales. The rest... limitless?
Yeah, that's exactly how I read it.
Which resources are limitless now?
Where's my driving seat?
The *first* one was *an* hero. This one survived.

That's moreorless what came into my head when I read "fowl weather"...

Morality is arbitrary and subjective. It is simply the rules that a particular society has developed.
But you can get the good food and kill people without the effort of being Christian!

I haven't watched that in decades (or at least one).
He had nothing on Moses.
I'm just a poor boy, nobody loves me...
What he did is what "Hackintosh" should mean. A lesser term should be given to using OSX on non-apple hardware.
He *did* use the funds to get real world money, and was banned from the game for it.
I don't have an xbox. Could you tell me what features are disabled?
I tend to travel at about 70mph in rush hour traffic.
It might not be city-centre traffic, but it's still rush hour traffic and it's still much heavier than the traffic on that road at other times.
He *IS* his own headstone.

Are there many static-CMSes (for want of a better term) like that available?
