    If the buyer lies, that's the buyer committing tax fraud and the buyer's problem, not Amazon's. 'Least, that's the way I'd see it. Require the buyer to state their county, and work it for that. Job done.

    I'm not even vaguely in general direction of development. Nevertheless...

    I get paid overtime pay at a fairly decent rate, for even as little as fifteen minutes extra. My supervisor and manager, however, do not. One of my colleagues was whining to me that the manager never stays on overtime but instead asks the rest of us to do so. To me, it seems an obvious choice: he doesn't get paid or get time in lieu, usually, so why should he stay when one of us can get paid extra to do so instead? My colleague for some reason wouldn't accept this, and I couldn't understand his reasoning.

    I usually go for six pieces. Four pieces tend to be too large for easy handling, and eight pieces can sometimes be lacking in rigidity and therefore can be harder to eat. Usually, I find six pieces to be appropriate.

    This is with just me eating the pizza, so no sharing is required. When sharing is intended, I'll adjust my slicing appropriately.

    Actually, that's the same as all companies try to do. Most of them don't think they can get away with much, due to competition, and they're right. Telephone companies have all set similar prices, so there's no competition.

    I tend to travel at about 70mph in rush hour traffic.

    It might not be city-centre traffic, but it's still rush hour traffic and it's still much heavier than the traffic on that road at other times.

    The intention is that you *always* use the switch before unplugging anything. I've seen plenty of sockets where the wall around it has deteriorated to the point where the socket assembly isn't secure, but the switch and socket still function perfectly.
