    Did you want driving directions or 3D views like a GPS offers? This may be able to show a blip on a flat map but thats not what I use my GPS for. I use it to find addresses and businesses plus directions and phone numbers.

    This does not work for me. With firefox not running I make this change. Then when I start up firefox seearch results are still on http://www.google.com/ and the data in search.json has reverted back to http removing my changes.

    With Ubuntu its as easy as apt-get install kopete. It grabs all the necessary KDE libs without installing ALL of KDE. I see rare unstability with it, but nothing that I can't live with.

    The main website for this game that is linked in the article contains several typos and grammatical errors that make it sound like engrish. Now, I'm no english major but if it wasn't hosted on sega.com's site, I would have sworn this was a fake, made by the same non-english speaker who sends me Nigerian Scam Spam

    My local Value add Vendor does a free Golf tournament every year for the sysadmins who spend money with them throughout the year. Its at the expensive and elite "Pumpkin Ridge". (Normally $150 a round!)

    Sun has released its T1 chip which boasts 8 cores capable of running 4 threads each. As mentioned on slashdot before, its considered a "green" chip becuase it only requires aprox. 70 watts to run (think lightbulb). Sun has a 2U server with this chip, 32 Gigs of ram and 2 SAS drives all for around (or under) $30k. This is complete redesigning my future datacenter planning. Oh yeah. I forgot to mention, This is shipping now and runs only Solaris 10.

    I just moved to a company that has been using these and they run flawlessly. The desktop and outlook integration software are a neat feature. One thing to mention though is that they are VOIP based phones in house, but still need a PRI or similar to connect to the PTSN. However we do have several remote sites setup with VPN hardware and 1 phone and that works great.
