Its not the corporations responsibility to inform you of defective products. The only loophole is for products with safety concerns. And many people had to die to get those laws passed, and its rather limited product range.

Strange, ATI 9700 is the only DX9 card out. Also ATI's Demos and Screen savers will run on any DX9 card. Seems NVIDIA is up to the tricks again.

Bad enough, games come out with "Made to be played on Nvidia" or some other crap.

Copyrights should always expire, thou lawmakers seem to go crazy with life+20 years of the creator.

Then the combo of copyright+dmca, older music thats not being sold, plus electronic media formats, makes it impossible to legally listen in a modern format.

Of course, in 100 years, there will be a large collection of music/movies/books open to the public. Interesting to see what laws are passed to prevent this from happening.

I'm using the newest drivers too, at http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/mouse/download_n s.asp

Its not my hardware, its not just me. If it was just me, there wouldnt be posts on opera newsgroups about the same problem.

Also, my MS intellimouse explorer (i have models 2&3) work fine in Phoenix, IE, and every application.

Also the average wait time for a non-subscriber is 15-17 minutes on FilePlanet or 65-75 minutes on fileshack. Also FilePlanet has thier links fromt he Planet websites, PlanetHalflife, PlanetQuake, PlanetUnreal, etc.. so there is a small advantage.
