Yeah, I think wikipedia needs more exposure and more people committed to writing entries. Most articles I see have a set handful of users committed to upkeeping the article. This is all fine until you get to a controversial article, like on some political figure. Then you get these 3-5 editors keeping their view of the article's POV and what info is relavent and what sources are accepted. A stray anonymous user might come in and impart some knowlege or alternate POV, but for better or worse, the small group of committed editors will revert or change the contributions back to their earlier POV and scope.
I'd like to believe that we have all kinds of super secret special cyber ops going on, but then, I dont really have much faith in the CIA to keep anything secret in light of all the recent leaks and bungles. Lets hope the Military is taking the forefront in this.
no, you explain it. The burden of proof is on those alleging consipriacy. However, I can explain it: causation is not correlation. Outliers happen. Furthermore, to apply specifically to Ohio it would have to be Ohio exit polls, and not national exit polls, which would have no specific relation to how people in Ohio vote.
also, the Trillian Spam Challenge plugin would work wonders against this. Not that you need it since these virii dont infect trillian, but if they did, TSC would stop their spread.
Reminds me of a news broadcast about the riots in Paris trying to describe the rioters without calling them black. The broadcaster ended up calling them French African-Americans. It was pretty ridiculous.
I think it was more the submitter's slick way of saying that because ICANN ruled in a way that the US was arguing for (and aparently no one else at all was for, though that seems unlikely), that this proves that ICANN really is controlled by the US (which I guess is somehow a bad thing from the submitters POV).
Ben: You know what might look better on your nose? Quohog: What? Ben: [grabs Quohog's nose ring and slams him down on to the bar] THE BAR.
and it had nothing to do with politics. I didnt expect that.

...unless your article has anything to do with any political or controversial subject.

Computer Associates does. As does Microsoft Defender. I couldnt find anything about Lavasoft. Also I didnt see anything on Symantec, other than that Sony is an OEM partner
