The PS3 will be out in November, becase of the Blue Ray drive delay that they had.:)
did you even read what i wrote? it was an expamle. i know i am bias on this subject seeing as how i am not a follower of religons. but there are jesus freaks and there are Christains.. some times they are the same but not always. seeing how Christains are such doubble standard people. they really just need to keep their mouth shut.

hell yeah i would like to see that battle. i see where you are coming from about the excape from reality. but in the end an online game is to play and meet people with similar interests. so if i wanted to meet up with people that are also anti-religon then i should be able to have a god is dead guild. if i wanted my guild to then kick the butt of the jesus loving freaks than that would be a fun game.
Or blizzard can do what SoE did with Final Fantasy XI was just give the gay comunity a whole server to play on.. ie: the Fairy server.

I am with this guy! if Blizzard really wanted to be PC then they would abolish all guilds not just a gay one. I was on a Dragon Ball guild on City Of Heroes. i knew people that would bash us becasue "only kids" watch DBZ.. i tired the NGE and even started a new toon on the wonderhome server. what i found out was that not only was everything that i liked about the game (different professions and junk) were gone but the lag had gotten worse. the game make me want to punch my computer monitor becasue i would be stuck walking into a wall for two minutes. I then even went out and purchesed a lower latancey DDR 400 2gig RAM (becasue the support guy told me my 1gig of regular wasnt cutting it and that was cause of the lag! lol) well i have been wanting a 2giger any ways so i shelled out the money for it and you guessed it the game showed no difference (even with the graphics settings all the way down and the sounds turned off!)
by far SWG was the biggest waist of money that i have ever spent on a game. I am going to go back to playing Final Fantasy XI and City of Heroes now. CoH/CoV is cool, but also loosing its appeal.
One thing makes me wonder why? and really why did they do this? dod some kid complain that he saw too many "nice looking" (American style) girls. This type of thing would only happen in America.any other country wouldnt care about girls that actually have cloths on that dont show private parts.
Are they now going to make the "family restraunt" HOOTERS girls dress different now too? WTF?
We have gone past being PC with this. There has to be a way to shelter kids from girls with big racks with out affecting us people that dont care.. oh yeah pock their eyes out... that might work. or provide blind folds for people when they come into the expo.

I think that the unfair representation of guys in games has never been brought up, but the girls always complain when some one has bigger boobs then them. Just give it up girls! Unless you are going to program a game about a plan Jane librarian with A cup boobs, who's job in the game is to put the books back in the Dewy Decimal System. Guys in video games don't have beer guts, Well GTA: SA had a little if you feed your guy too much, but other wise guys are buff tall and have abs you can wash your cloths on.
Yes i am so with you on that one. i read this other article http://games.slashdot.org/article.pl?sid=05/11/03/ 0026241&from=rss way back when it was posted. now i saw this new thing from the MS people.. hmm how can we know that anything MS says is true? well you cant unless they say it needs an update. I have always defended MS to my Apple friends and have boycotted the iPod like it is my religion. I think MS is killing themselves trying to strong arm into the gaming industry. X-Box has only been around for a few years, while Nintendo and Sony have had successful launches (well maybe not the N64) but they have the money to focus on a whole gaming unit, when MS is trying to mod a laptop style PC into a gaming platform. I still think that Halo runs better on my PC than any of my friends X-boxes, plus being the geek that I am, I have tuner cards with VIVO, so I can play games on my big screen TV. No need for a X-box in my house. No matter how much I like MS. but you are right MS should say away from the make game consoles and shold stick with makeing games for PCs like Age of Empires. Maybe making games for PCs might get people to buy PCs and then S can make money from the liencses they need to run Windows and Office. lol

well hmm it would seem the objects in motion stay in motion. there would not then be a moment of a pause. but actually, the ball in hand is travling at 60MPH as respect to the truck it is on. if thrown at that point at a controlled speed of 60 MPH then would it not then be at almost 120 MPH depending on wind strengh. Then it would drop in an Arc. I think people have done tests like this with bullets before.
wow.. i knew that she is hot, but i had no idea that the whole "geek" world is in such love with this poor girl. I say leave her out of the show or give her own. she takes away from the science and gets people to watch just for the sweet curves of a woman.

Can solar sails be used on earth and not just in spasce? Nasa and Russian space agencys have launched a few solar sail ships into space. can the solar sail work here on earth? like to be used on a boat or even a car? can the needed protons or what ever make it through the atmosphere to push the sails on earth?
Then the fastest a boat on water with a sail was like a little under 60 MPH, useing a solar sail in conjunction with a wind sail could you not break the water speed record useing sails of different types?

i also am locked down at work. but i have found a few little ways around the Websense filter.
Here is one site that works well for viewing no "framed" pages at work:

Also MSN Beta search has THE BEST cashed page viewer that wont get you Websensed.

Hello everyone. I upgraded my PSP to 2.0 so i could try and make some games for the new firmware version. I have written a few Java type games that work well useing the built in browser in the 2.0 firmware. These games/Apps can be launched from the browser pretty easy. If anyone knows of a good place to upload them so the PSP world can get to them let me know. Or if you want me to email you insrtuctions on how to do such things drop me a line:)
