    Or they would start eating other people... You think an average person knows little about finding, killing, and preparing their own meat? Well they sure as hell know a lot less about farming. Killing and eating animals comes naturally to us. Farming does not. We may know how to forage, but farming is rather complicated.

    Not to diminish Mr Obama's accomplishment, but it is really a situation of right place and right time. You couldn't with with a change message if everything was going well. Lack of experience would cause his campaign to sink like the Lusatania.

    Congress is a disaster mostly because of Filibuster and Signing Statements. Getting Filibuster proof majority get's rid of one obstacle. Getting rid of Dubya gets rid of the other.

    I agree. Most mmos have no right to charge for expansions! The more subscribers you have the lower percentage of your income is needed for content updates. In case of WoW it's fair to say that keeping their subscription numbers up should be incentive enough to give out free expansions.

    I would say EQ2 is not a bad game. Better than most games I ever tried. It's just not my cup of tea. Seems too carebearish :)

    if an average user knew how much data they use now. As it is AT&T knows, you don't, they are holding all the cards. You don't know if you will be paying nothing more, $10 more, or a $100 more. Hell I don't even know how much data I use, that's why I use "unlimited" plan.

    This is the reason I only play strategy games where I can play other people. The game is totally different when everyone must follow the same rules. I can't tell you the amount of times some jackass claimed to be a god of civ4 or some other nonsense, and got his shit pushed in in a multiplayer game like he didn't know a scout from a tank.

    Humans are fucking with stuff they don't understand. Raise Earth's average temperature 1 degree, what's the big deal right? 3-4 degrees won't hurt. People have no fucking clue what it will do, and that's why they shouldn't fuck with it.

    Don't buy into every MMO out there, do your research first. Only MMO I ever bought on release was WoW. And that was cause I knew it was gonna run, and it wasn't going under. Other than that I tend to wait to make sure the game is worth it. I end up buying most of the games I was mildly interested in at the bargain bin for few bucks, and I play them for a free-month just for kicks. I played Tabula Rasa for $15, and EQ 2 for $3. Hell I even stuck around in EQ2 for 3 months or so on the PvP server. I felt good about both purchases.

    LifeTime Subscriptions are a sign of desperation. And to have them available out of the gate... That's just a clear sign of poor product!

    No I didn't follow this game. No I wasn't least bit excited when I heard about it. I didn't even blink when I saw their cinematic trailer. StarCraft Trailers are better than that and they are many years older. And yes, deep down I felt it would die.
