Translation: It's a machine gun. Probably 5.56mm NATO standard, as it's just big enough and the ammo is cheap.
Since when does the military care about cheap? It is probably a non standard round that comes from the same company that provides the government with 10,000 dollar hammers and 20,000 toliet seats.
Face it Canada was owed some kind of payback for Celine Dion. In fact maybe the USA should go after ATI next, 600MM for enduring Celine Dion just doesn't seem like enough.:)
We can always hope the REAL piracy happening off the coast of Somalia can help to change the terms we use. Certainly uploading a song can not be confused with killing and pillaging on the high seas, can it? On the other hand it might be to the RIAA's advantage, who would want to be associated with REAL pirates, with the killing and pillaging and such.
I see that the 360 does 720p and 1080i, aren't most HD sets sold 720p?
If we are talking about running in 1080 then a better card would certainly be required.
To play in X-Box 360 quality on a computer which I guess would be 1024x768 or whatever the horizontal resolution is on a widescreen set doesn't need an x1900xt, a GeForce 6800 GS would be quite sufficient for that resolution on a mid level pc with 2 gb of ram. My 6800 GS cost me 160.00 2 months ago. And I haven't gamed at 1024x768 since I bought an LCD with a native resolution of 1280x1024.
Having recently purchased an iBook and owning Windows machines for years I have to disagree with point number 1. I started the iBook and put my name in and that was about it. Then when that iBook needed to be returned for a dead pixel, the new iBook transferred everything over from the old one with hardly any input from the user, the Apple "Genius". I think a 6 year old could handle that. Now a Windows XP installation with a piece of hardware that Windows doesn't have drivers for can be a pain in the you know what for a 30 year old so I wouldn't think a 6 year old could handle it.
And I used up all my mod points yesterday! You are so correct it is the iTunes Music Store not the Apple Music Store. And Apple and Apple Corps are not the same thing. I really can't see Paul caring so much, maybe Ringo, what does he do nowadays? Of course Yoko has been bleeding the Beatles since she met John and I don't know who runs George's part of things.
I have played Dark Forces, thats a Jedi Knight game?(Maybe a precursor to the Jedi Knight series.) And I played a Jedi Knight game online where people fight each other, didn't do it for me though.
Monkey Island, ah the fond memories of the mid nineties Lucasarts turning out great game after great game. Monkey Island, Sam and Max, Grim Fandango. Now all they make are bad Star Wars games, nothing original, even X-Wing and TIE Fighter were pretty awesome games back then, but now, argh.
Yeah but then you would be driving a ricemobile which I see all too much of where I live, fart cans for exhausts and all. Give the the sleek, beautiful Ferrari anyday of the week, then some Civic that looks like something Alienware computer would put together, complete with stickers on the sides!
(See you can use car analogies and stay on topic):)
I only play poker online for fun, I don't trust the other players, but I love Full Tilt Poker on my iBook now when I'm bored and sitting on the deck with a good stogie. On my Windows machine I preferred Party Poker, but Full Tilt has me now, even though they will never see a dime of my money.
Crazy Taxi on the "old" Sega Dreamcast had KFC's, Pizza Hut's and other brand names as locations you needed to drop off your passengers to. While I'm sure it was purely for ad revenue, I still think it added a feeling of realism to the game. Now if I am going to have a Coke ad in my next dungeon crawl it would feel out of place and I wouldn't feel I wasfully imersed in a fantasy world of killing dragons and such with my hellballs.
CD's for boxed software? How about DVD's I scream everytime I have to install a game that now easily take 3-5 CD's when the files could all fit on DVD, if only I could buy it that way. And when you find the rare examples of a game on DVD, not including the Apple offerings, they all seem to be on DVD already, they have the nerve to charge more.

I'm pretty sure he means from the 5 PM to 9 AM world, i.e. the time when you are at home.

Funny how Thoroughbred and Toledo are both AMD core names and yet you use them in your attempt to poke fun at Intel.
Actually the price is pretty Extreme as well.
Enough of this wearing out stuff, where's my new 32 gb Nano?!
Didn't you know that Obi Wan's lightsaber also acts as one of those doohickeys from Men in Black and can erase memories.
It's all about getting to market as soon as possible now, quality assurance testing be damned!
Well if you are an American you just hate the French because they are the French, I'm not sure how the rest of the world feels about them.
It's the next big thing, the iPooch, follwed of course by little sweaters with pockets to hold said iPooch.
