They usually don't go after indie. They go after BIG profits. If you start a company that gets there, I guess having to get some lawyers is the last of your problems:)
There was a criminology teacher that wanted to create a program that gives free XBoxes to low revenue families, so that they play XBox instead of wandering outside looking for not that good things to do. Seemed like a good idea to me.
