How heavy are you? I know some of the tube slides at BB tend to cause hydroplaning problems with people too light to properly break the water's surface tension. Perhaps your level of inertia is causing your airborne lift.
I assume this is the problem. One grasshopper provides enough for a small snack by itself. An entire cow can feed dozens of people. Which leads to the problem of efficiency. Try to harvest the good bits from an insect, then try again from a cow.
A contest isn't enough to hire somebody. If you want the best, you need somebody who can do more than just code. People skills are what set apart wizards from the efficient.
Free-to-play and pay entrance fee then microtransactions can both work, while a huge buy-in also works. What people are complaining about with EA is that they took (are taking?) a huge buy-in game THEN tacking the microtransactions on top of that. Paying $60 (or so) for a game then having to pay more for in game resources is ludicrus (Incidentally, there is a game I own that does exactly this, and it's not from EA). Paying $20 then being able to buy cosmetic items and side-grades (Team Fortress 2 before it went Free) is much more excusable because the cost to enter is so much lower. World of Warcraft (and other MMOs) don't cost $60 in entrance fees then your monthly, the entrance fee can be as low as $0.
Feel free to vote with your dollars, but when games are full priced new and locking out content already provided, then you can complain out the world.
Absurdly overpriced with a nice looking screen but incapable of running much? Yup. Sounds like it's trying to be Apple without being better than Apple.
This is why people still buy Windows laptops at less than $500.
Means they haven't got a console to show. I don't think the design has been finalized. Does this remind you of anything? The PS3 had the same problem where the console on stage wasn't showing the game but something backstage was doing so because of overheating. This console smells of trouble already.
It's making money and have you ever known Microsoft to sell off anything of theirs? (Excluding MSNBC, it wasn't wholey owned)
And how about analysts predicting that it should sell off Bing?
You can change your Visual Studio color settings by going to Tools->Options->Enviroment->Fonts and Colors.
If you want something high contrast without the hassle, I use Ragnarok Blue. Download the file, go back to VS, Tools->Import and Export Settings and then follow the instructions to find the file.

It really did just go there in ways I wasn't expecting. Made me quirked a bit, but overall enjoyed this new direction.
I put my money on that one just to screw with people's heads.
That would seriously shake things up.
Not three. Make it the Surface Pro and then pulverize the tablet market.

Next question.

For the interested.

Got any news story citations for this? I think it would be interesting political ammo to carry around.

Doesn't ICANN normally handle these requests, not the UN?
With Windows Phone 7.5, plus what ever happened to Slashdot Classic Green? I don't want this dark and gloomy nonsense.
And his threats of EMP attack, at least this one is slightly more realistic and possible.
Well chief, I guess I should be off then. I'm always on duty!

Because, you know, 2 Million of the devices isn't a lot.
Forgot to mention but this does work all the way up to 2010, so I would also assume it works for 2012 as well without an issue.

"But the reality is, almost nobody actually writes a low-level HTTP listener; instead, they tend to use existing HTTP servers."
Which is the point where I stopped reading since it obviously wasn't real world by his own admission.
Gamestop stock dropped about $1.30 yesterday upon the news of this patent.
