Last time I when't to the movie theater there are pay phones and 911 is free last time I checked, so your no signal excuse is a mute point at best. The best way to do this is through a penalty, after all theater's are not making that much money as they used too. Who ever uses there cellphone during a movie theater and is reported by one of the customers they shall be escorted out of the theater and will pay a nice fine of a dollar for each person in the movie theater. But to make them really listen just make it 5 dollars per person. That way they will think twice before bugging everyone else.
I have tried Sprint-Nextel's mobile locator on a Nextel phone. Basically the phone must have GPS set to unrestricted, but assuming it's the feds they can still locate the phone. The triangulation method is actually quite precise by a mere 30-50ft. With GPS it's really just dead on and with an accuracy of 0-3ft. Information is given on a map and the phone itself allows for even the speed you are traveling at. The only way that this can be solved is by removing the battery yet in the network they will know where was the last location that phone was seen.
Parents should be seeing that there kids are doing there homework and not fucking around. A computer is a great tool for learning if used properly. All that crap like instant messaging & myspace is useless if they don't have a internet connection. This goes back to "parents monitoring there kids on the internet" topic.
I don't know about you but I just came from Buenos Aires and I had tooth paste with me only I was unable to take it as carry on luggage as well as some other things from the family. They simply take it down to cargo and you can pick it up at baggage claim with a number. The only problem was the 1 hour delay. Frankly I think it's more important not to have some terrorist on board than worry about your god damn tooth paste.
Because everyone has there choices making just one standard sounds kind of selfish and kind of makes that standard monopolize the market. If you are going to offer something the other guy does, what competition is there?
You want to also make the car a standard as well where you only drive one car just like everyone else? Or do you want the option to select a different maker, a different model, etc.
I will like to have choices and have companies fight to make better technologies instead of everyone just depending on one standard.
If anything I think they will encode it in H264 480p and since what's considered "broadband" in the U.S is 1.5mbps it can be a stream of similar proportions.
Last time I checked AT&T is on and going about there project "Lightspeed" for basically FTTH. Covad & Earthlink are moving to ADSL2+. As well as Verizon FIOS.
Also by what means are we talking on how TV channels are distributed? By inside the ISP itself or some other provider where it's peered?
1. If it's ISP to consumer this is done internally so the only congestion will be the congestion at the ISP not through some peer point.
2. We pay you monthly for our broadband connections, as well as when TV services are launched. So you have no excuse on why not to upgrade your own networks. Got to lose money to make money.
3. Content providers pay for there connections of course you just want more but instead of raising prices where everyone would bite you in the ass for it, you want to regulate how fast people go across your network. Oops google did not pay the extra fee so let me slow down there peer connection speed to 5kbps. Oh but yahoo has paid the fee, let me put them on full speed.
Another charge, another tax, another 2 year contract, all coming straight from your own ass.
All they want to do is charge in full but give you half of what you pay for unless you pay even more for it.
I really think I suffer more hearing loss from those noisy mufflers people put on there cars than my actual MP3 player. Even if this is in fact successful we can still suffer from outside noises like cars, jet planes, etc. Also sometimes the noise outside is greater than the actual music playing when walking on the street or on the bus that you are forced to crank up the music in order to hear the music itself. I know there are noise canceling headphones but frankly they do not work that well and cannot prevent hearing loss either. So just jumping on MP3 players will not fix everyone's hearing.
Instead you can start beating those kids who put those noisy mufflers to make there car sound fast than worry about digital audio right now.
So this is what my school district is doing? Worrying over a damn video game, and here I thought they was working on smaller class sizes maybe even improve our schools from the mole problems we had in 2003-2004 broken A/C units, and maybe throw away some unlicensed teachers. Go back to LAX Rudolph Crew!
We all know how once you got in office the entire executive floor was remodeled with new furniture and equipment where that money could of easy been put to good use in getting elementary students some brand new books or even providing at least CHALK!! For god sakes man!
I think this could be best compared to the Xbox 360.
Microsoft rushed Xbox 360 = Heating issues.
Ubuntu delays Ubuntu = Problems where fixed and it just works.
Simple eh?
Well I was trying to say the shell script not the actual shell. But anyway the max damage it can do is erase the files on that account but the rest of the system would remain untouched. I was just trying to point out that it's not an issue with safari but with the zip archiver built into mac os x. Either way it's still from Apple so I am not trying to pass the blame to anyone. I do believe as well that that would be the way OS X is going to be targeted but again it's hard to keep a balance from ease of use and security.
I currently tried the demostration and it only works with the built in Mac OS X zip archiver.
It fails to unzip in stuffit expander.
Also you are presented with a.mov file which is actually just a shell script which executes the calculator application but you can modify it to open almost any application.
So this is not really a safari problem but more of a zip archiver problem which does not properly check the files being unzipped and even if it where unzipped the user will need to click on it since it does not really take any administer privilages to open a application I wonder how much access can you really gain from shell. If it requires a password and your terminal is launched then this as well like both other worms are limited to the damage they can really do.
But that's just my 2 cents.
The patch in question was a modified version of the kernel and a bootx file to my knowledge.
A windows patch could probably mean just a change to the registry.
Either way I stand corrected.
Sony installs a rootkit, they want to charge more, they are saying either put out or shut it.
Microsoft while it tries to stop users from downloading there OS and from keeping it pirated there efforts fail. But again you don't see a site like "microsoftOSforfree.com" giving you accurate detail. You will need to find and hunt down the files.
Apple while it just entered the arena want's to secure there OS but instead of suing the living shit out of you it's being reasonable by at least giving you a chance to remove those links. While other companies would rather just stick the lawyers on your ass drop down your site, and lock you up while there at it.
The situation I believe is that of course Apple does not want to see it's OS being ran on other hardware but frankly most of us will not care even a Mac supporter like me would love to run it on my AMD Duron box at home. Of course though if you hack the OS they won't mind if you keep it for yourself and provide instructions I suppose just don't provide a fully modified version with the files that belongs to Apple.

Why not provide the school with there own online broadcasts or video broadcasts?
I am sure the schools/colleges run clubs who will enjoy having there own ways of giving out information and radio is one of them.

I think you forgot one major important factor, so let me ask it to you...
How long will it last?
Because everyone has there choices making just one standard sounds kind of selfish and kind of makes that standard monopolize the market. If you are going to offer something the other guy does, what competition is there?

Why has this not been done before? But let me guess the encryption is ROT13.
If anything I think they will encode it in H264 480p and since what's considered "broadband" in the U.S is 1.5mbps it can be a stream of similar proportions.
HA! Trust me I know about Acetone from experience!
The case quickly flaked up and burned with marks all over.

Well I thought it was quite obvious with a giant E for it's icon indicating Error.

No shit??? I think I already have my fair share of storms for 2005 and I can't wait for 2006 to start after getting pawned by a giant christmas tree.

Not to flame or anything just stating a fact. For Mac OS X Server you do need a serial.
