  1. No problems here on Breaking Gender Cliques at Work? · · Score: 1

  2. Still not interoperable with mp3 players. on Napster Going Back to Free Downloads · · Score: 2, Informative

Regardless of whether or not the new free try model increases revenue, interoperability issues will still keep me away. If I can't play it on my digital player, why would this interest me. Maybe people who figure out how to pirate the songs will love the service and thats about it.

I'm definitely not shitting you. Corporations a blind and can't see that if their workers were to spend some time getting some exercise that they might be happier and more productive. Of course they don't see this because they are blinded by greed. When I get regular excercise I feel much more energized than when I don't. And when I'm low on energy and it's 8am and I feel like I should be in bed, I do what every one else does. I space out in front of my computer basically asleep with my eyes open. Just like in Office Space.

It makes perfect sense to me that if you are genetically blessed with high cardio endurance, you will be attracted to sports. By the same token, if you are not then you will be drawn to the more mentally challenging disciplines. The truly sad folks are the ones that have both strong physical and mental capacities yet they were unable to avoid a physically stagnant career. The lack of emphasis on physical fitness in corporate society is a travesty and the purveyors will reap what they sow. Enjoy your crestor prescriptions, you're gonna need em.

The RIAA's argument is that a computer owner should know what their children or other users are doing with their computers and are thus responsible for any piracy that occurs using said computer. By this same logic the RIAA could sue the State of West Virginaia, but of course, the RIAA wouldn't do that. They only go after individuals.

Investing in gold is definitely a good idea and a good way to do it is to buy an exchange traded fund. This is basically just like a mutual fund that holds mining companies in its portfolio. The advantage of an exchange traded fund (ETF) is that you can buy and sell it like you would a stock. That is you can go to your online broker and buy share of GLD or IAU and get a piece of the action.

Your rfid key card is a good idea. And we have seen the stealing key info issue before. Kids with rf recievers were going to shopping malls and intercepting the RF signals from car alarm remote controls. They would then unlock your car when you were not around and steal all your stuff. I guess one solution that would be better is to create two way encryption that expires after each transaction. That way no one can reprocude your signal. So it doesn't matter if they steal it.
