StarCraft uses "2 or more players per team" concept in a few of the alternate gameplay modes. It is one of the most ignored game types in the game. Apart from being difficult to locate on the game types list, there is the problem of idiot players working actively to self-destruct their team that occurs in about a third of all public team games...
I suppose it would work a lot better if there was some kind deterrent or control for that kind of behavior.
The bottleneck isn't a "it is not possible to do this" bottleneck, it is an "it is not practical to do this" bottleneck. Without the motion-sensitivity in the PS3 controller, playing ported games on the Wii would make them feel stunted. Now, the stunted feel is... alleviated, at least. It should make it an easier choice for developers who are considering porting their games.
Sony actually did Nintendo a big favor by introducing a (somewhat) similar control style: the extreme difficulty in porting games to the Wii will now be somewhat alleviated. Just one less excuse for the 3rd parties.
"The Warrior's bland acronym, MMI, obscures the true horror of this monstrosity. Its inventors promise a new era of genius, but meanwhile unscrupulous power brokers use its forcible installation to violate the sanctity of unwilling human minds. They are creating their own private army of demons."

Every once in a while, it becomes unavoiadable to quote Alpha Centauri.
I agree with you in that respect: it would be very possible to take the realism of The Room and make a game out of it. What I meant was, as everyone was referring to The Room as if they would expect it as a standalone game, they would not see much direction beyond the highly-detailed world(s) they had established.
Going for a Myst-like game, or any game that attempts to utilize the full detail it is capable of, has the problem of turning into the kind of content explosion that Will Wright talks about in his GDC 05 speech. The real bottleneck is not creativity, it is the ability to make that creativity into something that works without bankrupting the developer.
...so it would be like Majoras Mask, but less involved? That game had stuff happening constantly over a period of 3 game days that a player would see and change each time they altered the timeline.
"The initials "K.K." themselves are the equivalent of "Inc." or "Corp." in Japan, where Nintendo is based, which suggests that the company may have wryly co-opted the digital age's equivalent of the "Steal This Book" mantra, repackaged it as a puppy and inserted it into a happy video game village.
The company did not confirm that this was the genesis of the name, however."
Since "K.K" is short for "Totakeke" It seems more reasonable to assume that he was named after Kazumi Totaka, the game's composer....At least, that was the GCN Animal Crossing's composer (K.K. existed there too). I have not played Wild World.
Aside from the usual reasons to avoid basing arguments off online polls, in this case you probably get a strong self-selection bias, as those with stronger opinions would be more likely to answer the poll than those who don't feel they have a point to prove. At any rate, 20% is the kind of number that would cause more of an uproar than we have seen so far.
This way, I can satisfy any passing desire to experience Yet Another Stupid Death.

Add the Press Only and you get C3PO. Come on guys...
Hell hasn't frozen over yet, so it can't be that bad.
Peach is her first name, Toadstool is her last.
Analog stick add on? Sounds like something Nintendo would do! Oh wait...

Molyneux showed B&W2, The Movies, and The Room during this presentation.
I agree that it would not make a very compelling game, but it would certainly be an interesting toy.
