I am with internode and i say that their service is quite good.
But thier plans have gone downhill a small bit with a 10% increase in the past few months. Also im in a very sad part of australia where i have ADSL2 installed (knowing the guy who installed it), yet not turned on. Its very annoying because the prices for adsl2 are much better than their ADSL1 equilivant.
I will only consider a phone if it meets these criteria:
It is unlocked - or can be unlocked.
It is not on a plan.
it can access a file sent to it (be it mp3 wav amr jpg etc.)
It has a cheap and simple way to connect it to a computer (bluetooth, IrDA, or data cable).
If it meets these then ill look at the phone:). I never buy a single ringtone from a service. In Australia all the ringtone services are extreemly pricey, and give you crap, espically Jamster.
ever since my first phone ive made my own ringtones, by buying or ripping an mp3, cutting it and converting it. When you get it sorted out its dirt cheap. Its also nice to know that your phone is the only phone in town that has Weebl's Badgers as the ringtone:).
Grab a USB to PS/2 converter:) that will solve your problems for eternity!
I only recently went to USB keyboards, only because the Logitech G15 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Logitech_G15) is a USB hub as well:), but i will still defend to the death PS/2 ports. Why waste a USB when your keyboard has a dedicated port for itself?!?!
Myspaace is a horrible place, never speak of it!:P
I have one, and apart from being a CSS and standards disaster (im a web programmer:P), all i get is annoying "bulletins" about people answering questions and people complaining about how they arent as popular because they dont have that many "friends".
I will always stand by this: "a Myspace Friend is NOT your friend". Its too much of an informal way to communicate.
As for email, i use it for work. but i find it a bit informal for personal use (my mum emails me and i neglect to reply, hopefully im not a bad kid!). i much prefer a real time communication (phone, MSN, Gtalk), or even better, face to face:D
Why use lynx when you can telnet (starwars)?
Or even a different neighbourhood

That kind of internet still exists in australia!!?!??
You should only have one equal sign there, because two is testing equality :)
Control-click = right click.
:)
a two button mouse just makes that click one keypress less. and i like that.
Sure there are ways to do almost everything in context menus in some other way, but i like all my commands in the reach of one hand.
oh, in a completly un-suss way of course
Although Ryan Fenton will be in a bit of law trouble when the police hear that Ryan Fenton gave them all their mp3s :P
You are trying to get work done. Allow or Deny? Deny :D

Im from australia, so ive never seen an iPhone, but they seriously cant do any of that?

That is not at all worth its price tag.....
Its not a good idea giving hackers a motive :P

I have a strange feeling we might get a new song from steve ballmer.....
Yes but we all know when idiots come together they can overpower the smart ones.
:P
Also, someone direct me to an MP3 player which does not need a single driver installed (no MTP, because its still a driver) and is over 8 Gig
