  3. Oh yes, I know all the justifications but what it really amounts to is laziness. You are unwilling to find an analog or do any leg work to actually get away from Windows. Whenever you invest in something new, you should consider if it will tie you down to Windows. However, no, that's not your plan because you are the lazy user who rather be abused than put in the effort. So yeah, you like the abuse.

    Don't believe me? How long have you dual booted so that you only have to deal with Windows for the amount of time that you are working? The answer is alwasy the same: 0 days.

    Keep praying that the next service pack doesn't delete your files. :)

  4. It's truly amazing how much abuse some users are willing to take just to use Windows. The only explanation that makes any sense at this point is that they like the abuse.

    At the rate at which phones are decreasing in volume and increasing in touch input surface area by 2020 phones will be 99% touchscreens! I'm looking forward to purchasing my next pocket computer that needs a special holder (sold separately!) just to hold it without accidentally calling someone or buying some random app! You know how photographers "frame" an area using their fingers before taking a photo? Yeah, that's how you'll have to hold your phone and then you use your nose to click.

    The future is going to be super rad! ;)

    Wow, what a load of horseshit. China only cares about China and they have stated that fact very clearly on multiple occasions, so if it doesn't benefit China then they won't do it. China has no interest in playing by the rules because that wouldn't benefit them.

    I'll believe it when I see them actually enforcing this. Besides, the Chinese government doesn't consider it theft when they take it because they have laws that compel you to comply. Got a factory in China? Yeah, it's at least 51% owned by the Chinese so that (surprise!) they can insist that all IP be handed over.

    Nothing is changing here, it's just words. The idea here is to fool Xi's US counterpart.
