    While I definitely see your point, the real debate is whether or not this particular concept should be handed to school children as science. It should he relatively easy to see that "Intelligent Design" can only be classified from a scientific perspective as a hypothesis. As I am sure you are aware, hypothesis do not typically get published without having been tested through the rigors of the scientific method and thus found to be conclusive in one way or the other.

    So here's an idea - For now we'll call it philosophy, theology, Spaghetti Monsterism, anything but SCIENCE - and we'll keep it off of /.!

    In both the Microsoft and Linux world, there will always be new things to learn, however; as you gain more experience and understanding of the core concepts and technologies, the systems and software you work with will become more and more intuitive - thus requiring less time to digest apply.

    LMAO, You people are too much... Read the whole thing, and not just the excerpt. You are taking it out of context, and really look silly while doing so. Netflix settled for one reason, they got caught "Throttling" users who had a high turn around time. "Throttling", by it's definition, deems "Unlimited Rentals" false advertising at best.

    For those of you who think that $videoBymail vendors will suffer when Video-on-Demand hits the market, think again. You need to remember that quite a few folks out there that are building up impressive home video libraries thanks to services like Netflix and Blockbuster.

    Couple unlimited rentals with the ability to download the jacket to any movie ever made... Well I'm sure you get the point.
