    aren't botnets already working as torrent seeds for any file the botnet controller wants to have?

    just download and install such a botnet and any lawsuit should be dismissed because "in doubt, on behalf of the [alleged] culprit"... if a file on your storage media COULD have been downloaded by a botnet this should be enough doubt for dismissal of the case...

    you seem to miss the point in college...
    It's not preparation for "the real world" - that would be apprenticeship
    college is for _science_...

    you see - there are for example pretty good algorithms that work very well in practice - but cases exist where these algorithms are very slow or might even not terminate at all... those cases are rare, you don't stumble upon them in practice, therefore you just ignore them in practice ("...but of course we know that's not how it works in the real world."), but they EXIST - and thats what we are dealing with... we are not satisfied with "it works pretty well most of the time", we want to know more and we want a proof ;-)

    so effectively this means, that one care is everything but enterprise ready...
    or can you imagine a serious company (serious companies don't give admin access to their workers) to send a technician to EVERY WORKER who just RECEIVES an email with a virus infected file to recover his inbox from quaranaine?

    hey, why not piss off vista using companies by sending emails with attatched virusses (or was the plural virii?) to all their workers? man, if every worker loses all his emails multiple times or technicians have to be sent to every worker over and over again........ this might get LOTS of comanies REALLY mad and they might ditch vista and give linux a try - or at least other companies that stick with XP so far might hear of this and back off from a switch to vista...

    In computer science study (3rd semester) We have learned that the 2-dimensional infinite domino problem is indecidable

    this is because for any turing machine you can design dominos such that you can legally cover the infinite 2-dimensional plane if and only if the turing machine terminates...

    so this is nothing new - I guess... I didn't RTFA, but what I read sounds exactly like that...

    yes, this wikipedia entry is inaccurate
    fascism means by definition nothing more than ANTI-DEMOCRATIC - and this wikipedia entry describes quote elements are usually seen as its integral parts so it describes not what fascism IS, but what most people BELIEVE IT WAS

    and I think its very anti-democratic to break the law on purpose, knowing that you'll face nothing but a fee that is much less than the money you made by breaking that law
