Too many cars. I think we have a winner. The problem where I live is that they keep widening the road and all that does is change it from 2 lanes of traffic to 8 lanes of traffic. Cities should make more roads, not wider roads. Shopping plaza's can help relieve traffic if they were properly constructed to handle traffic. The more roads to divert the cars the less traffic there should be.
Blame the hunters. If they wouldn't have killed the wolf and coyote, then there wouldn't be this problem. Kill off the deer and I'm sure a new problem will occur.
As long as it was a feature that you could turn off. Not all my emails from Joe@smith.com go to the friends folder or work folder. Sometimes they go into one or the other.
Could it be that the straps are cheap? It's like the xbox 360 has problems, but some people won't believe it. My friend constantly gets locking issues when playing games on his. He even bought those fans that attach to the 360 to help cool it down. I haven't had any locking issues. I guess my friend is lying. Or maybe there is an issue that needs to be addressed.
Here in the USA, we used to believe in our country, I guess you don't.
What the hell does that mean? What is with people thinking that if they support the war or torturing of people that they are more patriotic than those who don't. I'm sure everyone believes in the country we live in, we just don't believe in the people leading it. Ask yourself this, if Clinton was doing all things that Bush was doing, would you "believe in our country"? I'm guessing not.
Man they are really taking care of business. Is there no liability on their end for not taking the proper measures to at least inform all the victims of the problem?
I think Microsoft got it right with xbox and live. Live I like a lot because of some of the features are kind of pointless but fun. If I'm on Bungie.net just checking out the boards, I can look up at the top of the page and see if any of my friends are playing their xbox. Then I can click on the little live icon and see what game they are playing. Sometimes I'll jump over to xboxlive.com and send them a message that they should be at work instead of playing xbox.
I wish the Zune was more integrated into the xbox and live experience. It would be pretty fun if the wi-fi could automatically jump on the net and see who's on live without you ever having to log onto a site. It would be cool if you could use the Zune to send text and voice messages to xbox live accounts. Useless stuff, but fun to use.
TB gets no love. I heard there was supposed to be a TB2.0 coming out in December. I hope that's true. It's in great need of an update and a ton of new features, especially fixing the font issue.
I think this is a good thing though. Why are people still running W95 or 98? Adobe has also stopped supporting older OS for Windows so they can focus on making their software better for the more current OS's. I think more places should do this.
Nintendo nor Xbox need to put any nails in Sony's coffin. Sony has all the nails and hammers to do it themselves. The PSP tried to be too many things all at once, but ended up becoming so unfocused that it couldn't get a strong base from either gamers, movie lovers, or audiophiles.
You make a good point. Does anyone here go to the video game site 1up.com? Does anyone listen to the podcast 1upyours? Well Luke Smith on there is hilarious, but man does he have a dirty mouth. He talks a lot about sucking and fucking and beating kids up throughout the show, but it's all hilarious and I enjoy his humor a lot. Then it's talked about in the forums. It would be lame to make a site like that jump through hoops for our government just because a group of people find it obscene.
How many times do we have to say it, if it offends you then don't watch it, listen to it, read it, attend it, touch it, or taste it? I'm offended by the KKK and so I don't attend meetings. If you don't like a blog, don't read, don't let your kids read it. Pretty simple.
Those should be added as well. And xbox should add a special icon to those gamer tags so that it shows they are a sex offender. Now I know why some people really get into teabagging on Halo.
I'm an example of that. I currently have iTunes running on Win2000 SP2 and I have to keep it SP2 for some video editing software and hardware. If I go to a new SP I get errors. Well iTunes 7.0 requires a higher SP, I think SP4. I was going to get a LOST episode I missed, but since I need iTunes 7 to even purchase it I said screw it I'll find it somewhere else. I don't understand it because I've ordered LOST episodes before 7 and now the functionality is gone.
I'm surprised to hear that consumer media can last so long. I was under the impression that consumer media would only last at most 20 years. Good to know it is longer.
The bigger question that Nintendo should be asking is, even though you want the Wii now, what will you being doing with your Wii 5 years from now? Will you still be buying games 5 years from now? I doubt it. The Wii will start a trend with non-gamers and with all trends they die out. Then Wii will be left in the same position it was with the GameCube and only supported by its hardcore gamers and parents who think its rated G for their kids.
The Wii is trying to bring a non-gamer into the gaming market by using a controller, which is working, but non-gamers don't like games. It isn't that there aren't games out there for them, because there are, but the non-gamers just don't feel like continuely laying down $50 a month for a game and they just don't like video games. I give it a year and you will see this hype about people-who-normally-don't-play-games starting to fade and Nintendo will have to start marketing to their base again, which is gamers.
As others have mentioned it affected non-modded boxes as well. MS put out a patch, but it does no good because if your box didn't brick during the fall update, then the patch does nothing, but if your box did brick, well you can't patch a brick. So what was the point of the patch? Legality.
What about Wii word games? Has online capabilities, but no online games and won't see any for several months. Great now I can use Wii online to check the weather. That's what I want in a gaming console. Something to tell me what the weather is like outside, when I intend to stay inside.
Then you got a defective system. You may want to send it back so they can add the freeze software in.

You know how the books are titled different in other countries. I'd like to know the titles for them.

Well I meant like you can't load the latest Premiere and After Effects on anything but XP for Win.

That would have been funny if it didn't look so damn creepy.

I like how it was Sony who did the cooperating back then, but not so much today.

How soon till someone says it isn't Bush's fault it was an unresolved problem by previous administrations?

"With both Nintendo and Sony with free online play right out of the box"
Show me a Wii owner that is playing online right now.
What about Wii word games? Has online capabilities, but no online games and won't see any for several months. Great now I can use Wii online to check the weather. That's what I want in a gaming console. Something to tell me what the weather is like outside, when I intend to stay inside.
I'm still waiting for the keyboard that has one key. It would be a welcome change from the 104 keys, plus mouse current computers use.
