Quick I need to hire some writers to do the 'Disease of the Week' movie for cable TV. Now who can I get cheap to play the evil scientists. I wonder if I could get George W. and Dick C., I hear they are currently unemployed or would that be type casting?

If the phone companies cannot be charged as as facilitator in regardes to prostitution and may other crimes initiated and or conducted over the phone the neither can the ISP. Mind you if the ISP can be charged then so can the phone company as well as whoever owns the lines and rights of way. Which means the govenment itself could be charged.
Each of those elected members should take a fist full of $50 bills and go th their local highschool that has blocked sites. Then give $50 to each student who can access one of those blocked sites. They of course will be broke in no time and just may notice the futility of their ideas.

For all its grand announcements and associated fanfare the United States government has no intention of going back to the moon. The reason. There are no people, that is no eligible voters on the moon, so there is not point in going there.
However, China does not care whether there are possible eligible voters there or not they just want the high ground. So they will go.
Then the ship that was being hijacked gets arrested for pollution offenses and the pirates that initiated the attach would probably get a reward for reporting the 'offender'.
OK, so out of the 50 million plus dollars that was raised by these 'fishermen' how much went into the building of schools, clinics and other humanitarian aid projects?
Piracy has been happening in this area for hundereds of years. They even attacked a US warship in 2006. It is not a new problem.
How about a gattling gun worked by high presure air that fires 500 gm hard wood slugs. It not only could deliver a world of hurt but is also eco-friendly.
