    The most successful attacks are all low tech. Even 9/11 was low tech, commander planes that practically fly themselves and point them at buildings. What they need to do is to stop thinking big and complex and start thinking big and simple. Like using truck mounted mosquito sprayers to spread salmonella infected water all over a city center. Or waiting until the dry Santa Anna Winds are just right and then creating a fire line along the highway several miles long. Think big but simple because that is what the next attack will be.

    Errect a small tent in the office go inside and use ASL (American Sign Language). Simple and cheap.

    Actually if you have a conversation you can be recorded.

    However, if when you meet your contact you put up a tent then all go inside and use ASL you can be sure no one can listen in.

    If the phone companies cannot be charged as as facilitator in regardes to prostitution and may other crimes initiated and or conducted over the phone the neither can the ISP. Mind you if the ISP can be charged then so can the phone company as well as whoever owns the lines and rights of way. Which means the govenment itself could be charged.

    For all its grand announcements and associated fanfare the United States government has no intention of going back to the moon. The reason. There are no people, that is no eligible voters on the moon, so there is not point in going there.

    However, China does not care whether there are possible eligible voters there or not they just want the high ground. So they will go.

    OK, so out of the 50 million plus dollars that was raised by these 'fishermen' how much went into the building of schools, clinics and other humanitarian aid projects?

    Piracy has been happening in this area for hundereds of years. They even attacked a US warship in 2006. It is not a new problem.
