Yeah, I agree. I can't for the life of me understand why our founding fathers didn't just go somewhere else when they were faced with circumstances that they didn't like. But noooooo, instead they had to go and actually enact change...
When I take my car to the carwash and a bird shits on the car after it's been cleaned but before they give it back to me, I still expect them to clean it off. Even if it means they need to do it a second time.
You clearly have no clue as to what a manager's function is, since you make reference as to whether or not Jenner affected PF's sound (you're possibly getting the role confused with a producer, who does affect the sound). A manager is the person who manages the band's business aspects--booking shows, dealing with contracts, setting up licensing, etc. It's very much a behind-the-scenes role, which is why you generally don't hear about them. However, they are very instrumental (ha!) in guiding a band's career.
I'm glad to see that A Mind Forever Voyaging made it onto their honorable mentions list. I remember getting sucked into that game around sixth grade or so. It was truly an experience to sit there at the computer reading the screen and seeing how the authors made civilization change from decade to decade. Parks and streets came and went. Businesses transformed themselves. Honestly, it really did open my eyes to the types of changes I could expect to see over my lifetime (not the sort of thing a typical 13 year old thinks about). I should sit down and play through it again one of these days.
Interesting I can't see anywhere on the Zune site where it actually states that the Zune comes with headphones. Does it? If it does include them then what are they like?
More importantly, where will I be able to get a replacement set of headphones in shit-brown?
Unless your audio receiver/amplifier will let you play four inputs simultaneously, you're probably better off just downloading one of the pre-mixed versions of it. Even then, it's not that great. It was a nice concept though...
That's exactly the question I had. The only other explanation that I can think of is that he wants to generate a one-time link to the file after the purchase has been successfully processed.
Yes, I realized that I should have mentioned that quixotry is the noun form of quixotic right after I posted. I figured someone would come along and make that distinction for me. : p
'Quixotry' is a variant of 'quixotic,' which means (from Merriam-Webster) "foolishly impractical especially in the pursuit of ideals; especially : marked by rash lofty romantic ideas or extravagantly chivalrous action." The word derives from Cervantes' Don Quixote.
Most IT workers aren't short all over. They're only short where it counts...
I'm not sure he be stupid enough...

Are you saying Fenty smokes crack? ;-)
And in the UK, they want to make human/cow hybrids
Pffft. We already have those here in America. We call them "midwesterners."

I can play many instruments, but best I play accordion-flute-mandolin-violin-drum-and-saz (Turkish instrument).
Where can I get one of these Turkish accordian-flute-mandolin-violin-drum-and-saz things? And how the hell are you supposed to play it?
Meanwhile, companies like Bechtel are withdrawing from Iraq, even though they haven't accomplished the tasks that they were awarded contracts to do.

Have you seen the prices they charge for that crap-in-a-box they serve there?
I thought he said they took out the pay-toilets...

I heard the Halo movie will be released alongside Duke Nukem Forever: The Movie.
The chair version of this controller will be an xBox 360 exclusive.
Ahhh, but it does do wireless!
3 browsers and 2 OSes, no luck loading the link yet.. anyone else?
The problem is clearly that you're using the wrong browser and OS combination. Keep on trying different ones. One of them will get the link to load.
Yes, but what about gyroscopic forces? :-p

I'd be pretty terrified of a Microsoft Bob or a Clippy mask.
