Yes, i read about this. Apparently only 2-3 states in the US divides out their elector votes, based on the porportion of the vote. While the rest of the states, unloads ALL the elector votes based on the biggest percentage.
But why on earth have most of the states chosen this? This makes third parties impossible to get ellected.
