    Well considering those actions are not against the law, they are not illegal (please try and remember, different countries have different laws...)

    This wasnt all that suprising, they had a lot of interest, but they failed at getting it together into votes. This was their first attempt and a lot of the probs were related to learning how to do political party things.

    No I wouldnt, because if I were an artist I hope I wouldnt be so money hungry that I was trying to literally grasp every penny out of every outlet possible. There are chains of distribution where I will be making my money, lipsyncing isnt one of them...

    Lipsyncing videos, Is it costing me money as an artist...no it is not.

    that believes they honestly deserve money because someone lipsynced to their video should be boycotted until they are back stocking shelves at walmart. they are not artists in any way shape or form, they are money grubbing whores and that is it. fuck them

    Liability insurance is key. Whatever you think is a fair price...double it in the end it is worth it.

    Make it clear that you are not omnipotent and you may not be able to fix it all. (personally i would do a cursory check of the machine first, see what you can do with a little research, then tell them you will take the job, not take the job)

    Outline what you will do before hand, clean up, or simply reinstall. it sucks spending 5 hours on a computer and it still isnt fixed. Reinstalls are a lot better when you know from the get go it is totally fucked up.

    I am just pointing out that way too many people are afraid of any concept of legislation, when in fact it can be quite effective. Since they basically abstain from that in entirety, they have no effect on what eventually happens, stupid laws.

    Wrong, if you use that logic we cant legislate murders, but we do anyways.
    You can legislate anything and enforce it, whether it is practical to stop every occurance, that is doubtful.

    But just cause people will find a way around it doesnt mean it shouldnt be legislated.

    In all honesty I think a top 100 list of men would be too much too. You can clearly outline 10 top people and there will be some tough calls, but honestly, top 100 would just be a boring list, after a while it is "oh yeah, this guy did this, you forgot about it already"

    I've read the blog, it is a lot of hype.

    Basically, if you stop expecting your home value to double every other year, you will be fine. If you expect that, you are screwed. The rate of increase is just adjusting as it always has. But everytime you hear some story on the news it is always someone bitching about how they bought a home for $400K selling it two years later and no one wants to buy it for 600K.

    If that is a bubble, I am not afraid of it.

    The housing market is in trouble..."What you mean we cant expect our house to sell within 45 seconds of posting the sign ...OMG THE HOUSING MARKET IS GONNA CRASH"

    I work in real estate, I have no fears about the future, things are tightening up, but the media just needs something to hype, that hype is simply people's unrealistic expectations for being able to double there home value every couple of years.

    And dont be suprised if you overpaid for a home in the first place, and it doesnt sell that quickly now. The fact remains, you overpaid.

    People that spout off about the big housing bubble have no clue about real estate.

    it doesnt count as a burst if it simply a decline in the rate of growth (ie still a gain just less of a gain)

    Second of all, not every prison is the gang raping shithole you see on tv. Most prisons are not violent or that bad. He wont be going to a maximum security hell hole. he will be in a minimal security prison that has no violent offenders etc.

    WHy would anyone want a Wii on a pc?
    seriously. I am an avid computer guy, but i dont like gaming on computers. it is much simpler to buy a console (my preference was the gamecube because it was inexpensive, worked well and games were readily avail (on the cheap via ebay))

    I like gaming on a tv, no driver issues, no problems, just put the disc in and go. No worrying about framerates and other irrelevant bullshit just to play a video game for a few hours a week.

    that 200 dollar card will work for now, until the next game comes out, then you need more ram, more hard drive space, more processing power... it never ends.
