yet another step in google plan for world domination using information
tho will happen to blogspot then? its along the same lines and will new gwiki end up like blogspot? full of warez blogs linking to rapidshare?
nah leave them be, since theres no evolution we americans dont have to worry about other cultures/countries "evolving"/getting ahead of us in many areas! right?
with an alexa rank of 152 and involved in running a site of comparable size that uses adsense i estimate sourceforge makes 2,000 -> 3,000 $ a day from adsense
but can someone describe in layman's term what will that mean for the probe (if anything), will it change course/direction? can this negatively affect the mission/spacecraft itself?
you know the ones that open spam emails, install all sorts of crapware (then end up having their computer being part of a botnet) and fuel the whole online advertising industry
pitty opera doesn't have a firebug type plugin (for javascript debugging)
then i would have no need for firefox at all during the development stage
right now i have firefox open and its using 170MB ram (which is not too bad, ive seen worse:(, and is possibly due to all the dev extensions i have) but compare that to a vmware images i have running now ( windows xp and suse10.3) both are running comfortably with 120MB allocated RAM each
did anyone notice google stocks dived after announcements of their facebook killer "open social" and the much buzzed about gphone (which turned out not to be a phone at all!) "android", investors must realise at some stage that google is a marketing company and their market cap is build on clever hype generation

u mean not all programmers like to give away their work and answer support questions for free with their open source software?
the first edition was very solid and taught me alot! especially about OO (or lack of it) in php5
congrats on the new book

i dont know what would be worse in your scenario:
*having your bio energy harvested to power servers (a geeks dream?)
or
*being bombarded by adverts while the above is performed
1.21 JIGOWATTS!!!
i think the biggest obstacle are dumb users,

firefox 3 doesn't have any plugins yet, last i checked it was plugin writers who were blamed for all the memory issues by Mozilla
btw i did same test in IE7 and Opera9 and only got 30-40MB usage
nice, i will try it once its out, i still believe Mozilla are a bunch of nice people
tho i believe ALOT of money corrupts even the best of intentions, at 50million+ i hope they hired the best and the brightest to fix issues that (it hurts to say this) even lesser browsers like IE7 don't suffer from
i certainly hope they fixed the memory leak "features"
but its too late for me i already jumped the boat
98% of all statistics are made up. ~Author Unknown
there there! do you need a tissue?
eh, i think they already are a monopoly when it comes to software
be an advocate for the non-commercial aspects of the Web
i see, they are leading by example then with 50million+ a year income...
its interesting how the most comments defend mozilla just cause of google's "do no evil" image
now imagine the outcry if firefox came with live.com as default search and microsoft paud mozilla oh i dunno 120 big ones?
use a ribbons!
im afraid for once i have to agree with balmer :(
android is in the realm of vapourware now

balmer run out of chairs to toss! so he moved onto the management, which is a smart move they are thick as wood anyways
