I'd stick with Gran Turismo and Forza, but I see your point. People with your taste in games might benefit from an upgrade to an Xbox 360, but mine is pretty much gathering dust at this point.

And people still don't know why the Xbox and Xbox 360 did poorly in Japan....

Can kiss my ass. The man is immature and a loudmouth. DOA is the worst fighter out there, and he has the gall to say the things he's said about the Namco fighters? How he can make a game that sucks as much as DOA:Ultimate and then make something like Ninja Gaiden is beyond me. It seems to me that he needs to stop dissing other designers in his press releases and spend more time working on Ninja Gaiden 2.

Yes, I've been in a game and lost my connection. Usually when I accidentally kick out the power cord for my modem. The single banner ad at the top is really not a big deal. I always join a private channel so I don't care about the spam bots. Warcraft III has all of the things you mention.

I don't know, some people sell extremely awesome games, often for stupid reasons like being "too hard" (that's how I got my brand new copy of Ninja Gaiden Black -- some idiot couldn't beat the first level and sold it to me the day after he bought it for $10) or just differing tastes.

Wait, what? What's wrong with Battle.net? The only time you get routine disconnects is if you're a 56ker, or you're doing it on purpose. The interface is perfectly fine. I have no idea what you're talking about with spam -- there's a single banner ad at the top, usually advertising other Blizzard games, and that's only when you're sitting in channels or searching.

As far as the implication that any service by Sony online would suck because it's free -- that's bullshit. If anything, Sony's online service would suck because it's going to be rushed, not because it's free.
