    that made the initial time estimates? If so then you were making the estimates (yours in particular) look bad and unreliable. If it was someone else making the estimates for you work then that is about as big of a WTF as you can get. I've been at places where the engineers are given estimates created by someone else. It never works out.

    Same here, between Netflix, OTA and the very basic $10.00 cable, I have more than enough to watch. then again, I'm one of those people in the long tail who actually likes watching old TV series and off-beat DVD's

    They might not even hurt in the winter. Black objects tend to radiate heat more then white ones. It all depends on the material in question, but you cannot assume that you will lose energy with white in the winter.

    Since his neighbors house is a large McMansion, his neighbors front or back windows will almost certainly look down into his yard. I know I wouldn't like to buy a house where my back yard feels like a prison compound.

    by contract with their data providers (i.e. the studios), who somehow feel that jerking us around on the availability will somehow cause us to buy things on DVD. also, the contracts are coming up for renewal in 2012, as word has it that some of the studios will be demanding 10 times higher fees.
