    long story short though, having an embargo and pretty much going "bla bla bla im not listening to you" is what we have done for 60 years and what has that done for either us or them???? nothing at all

    this embargo should have fell when the berlin wall fell

    Tattoos are a cry out for something permanent. "I have important messages to send, and it is PERMANENT! I will ALWAYS feel this way." Which leads to ugly blight patches on middle aged skin.

    thats one reason, but not the only, or even mostly used reason for getting ink

    I have a number of tattoos, all covered by a t shirt and long pants btw. but anyway I got my first one 12 years ago now and my method seems to work for me.

    If i think i want some ink, I sleep on it. not for a day, not for a week, but at least a year. If I still want that same ink in a year, I get it. Ive decided against no less than 20 designs by doing that, and i currently have 5 designs (although more sessions because i tend to add to what I have rather than using new locations)

    Keep mission critical stuff offline, or on a network not running standard protocols

    i dont want the internet to go down everytime some random country wants to get in a pissing contest with another country. This doesnt mean we dont need to take cyber security seriously, we do. but the issue is that cyber warfare should not even be a blip on the radar as anything related to the military should NOT be on the internet!

    that depends. I know at most banks it will say things like "garenteed up to 100K or something along those lines. I would hope if one had more money than the limit, they would spread it to different accounts but no, people could lose real money over this

    Really? Im pretty sure that politics had more to do with the prolonging of the great depression. I know FDR likes to get credit for it, but truth is he made things worse, it wasnt until war was around the corner that we actually started to come out of it

    I have yet to hear anyone talking about the feds role in things, do you have any reading suggestions?? Id love to look into it more

    really? because I had video of concerts that I took on my personal fan page for a band back then. it in no was was only official clips back then

    video was on the net much much earlier than a decade ago. I recall watching video on my computer as amiddle school kid, so at least as early as 97-98. yeah quality was trash, and clips were small. but thats what youtube was in V1 as well.

    im not talking about scientists here, im talking about normal people and reporters.

    I saw on the news just yesterday that this cold in the north east "is a clear sign of climate change" meanwhile this happens every single year here

    as for your 15 warmest years on record, I take that with a grain of salt knowing that

    1 - the temps taken >100 years ago cannot be as reliable today

    2 - that the scientists have been adjusting numbers to fit models, rather than fixing models to fit the numbers

    3 - that we have better tech now to better record temps then we have in the past. so that .01-.03 difference that they claim (over the next 100 years) could simply be in the margins of error.

    having had the issue myself, I stand by my statement.

    If anyone died from the key popping out, chances are they were due a darwin award anyway.

    Realistically i doubt that a single death is attributed to this "problem" but when the lawyers come out, all of a sudden that tree you hit at 100 miles of hour would not have happened if only the key stayed put

    well being that democrats have been getting just as much if not more money from big money donors, where are they to lead by example? Instead of giving that money to politicians, EVIL politicians, why are they not ponying up more for taxes instead of hiding their money (think warren buffet) or why are they not giving money to the poor???

    you could use the inverse arguments to describe the AGW zealots as well

    if its colder than predicted - its weather

    if its the same temp as predicted - it shows "the models are right

    if its warmer than predicted - OMG global warming!!!!
