    Tor kept the Silk Road online for 2 years where without it they would have shut him down immediately. And they found him with old fashioned police work, not Tor hacking.

    They have become better at finding IP leaks to exploit, but to say that they can go through Tor like eggshells is overstating it quite a bit.

    I had one of those. 1 year warranty. And it died in 14 months.

    Multiple LastPass breaches that have never affected me in the least? There are different levels of breaches. I'm sure that somebody stole my password vault from LastPass at some point. I am also sure that they haven't cracked it yet, since my master password is not simple.

  20. The "confusion among many" seems to be with their executives. That ANYBODY thinks we want to watch an NFL games or other sports with an endless stream of idiot comments next to it distracting us from what's important shows how screwed up their thinking really is.

    I had 4 jobs at that age too. Adjunct professor, part-time youth pastor, writing a Windows front-end for a miniframe program. We called it, "part-time jobs on the side".

  22. I'm a software developer and other than my first underpaid out-of-college job (when I had 4 jobs), I've never had a second job. I do a lot of church volunteer work on the side, but I've never had a paid second job.

    I have a friend who worked for a company in Washington state where HR told him that he COULD NOT fire 2 employees for exactly these reasons.
