So if I leave my car unlocked (hell, lets even say running as well) for a couple seconds, it is no longer a crime for you to take it without my permission, and I'm guilty of killing the proverbial bus full of nuns?
Don't put words into his mouth. If someone takes your car, that is a crime and they can be punished for it. If your car is faulty and kills the nuns, you are liable. These two things are not mutually exclusive. You and the car thief would both be in trouble, albeit for different resaons...
needs to be handled by someone who has studied the law. That's me.
Obviously not, or else he would know that this kind of thing is not copyrightable. Judges like this are a detriment to society. "I HAVE STUDIED 'THE LAW', THEREFORE I AM RULER OF THESE LANDS!"
GM crops is conventional agriculture, and the worst way to help feed the people on the planet is organic farming.
Wow, I would love for you to cite a reference for this. Oh wait, you can't, because it's some random opinion you've come up with from the depths of your ignorance. If by "worst way" you mean it's the worst for the chemical companies, then yes. But if by "worst way" you actually mean the worst way, then nothing could be farther from the truth. Conventional farming techniques ultimately render soil infertile and devoid of organic matter, not to mention all the diseases and pests that they strengthen through the use of pesticides. As of now, there is nothing more sustainable than organic farming, and this may not be important to you, but you can bet it will be important to your grandkids...
You obviously don't know much about organic farming, or you're trolling. It's really not about prices or quality, it's about preserving topsoil and eliminating harmful chemicals not only from the ecosystem, but from human and animal consumption. People in third-world countries will gladly pollute their backyards and fill their kids with all sorts of toxic chemicals because they don't know any better (look at China for instance). That shit builds up, and eventually they're left with infertile polluted soils and their kids are born with all sorts of defects and diseases. Ultimately they're destroying their land and their health. Most people don't really understand the long term consequences of our modern farming methods -- it's really quite bad and totally unsustainable. Read up a little bit before you open your mouth.
I don't understand why they need to disrupt a whole array of services that people are paying for in order to catch one guy emailing bomb threats. Are the computer security and forensics guys in the FBI such morons that they can't do any detective work without pulling out their big black boots and seizing the server(s)? Seriously, any 12-year-old Chinese hacker would probably do a better job.
Best is very subjective. I'd wager that if you could compress the sheet of paper down into an ultra-dense ball maybe the size of a slingshot ball, it could be launched much farther than any airplane-shaped piece of paper. Is a ball still an airplane? Is "best" defined by the maximum distance it can travel? Obviously the ball is not best if "best" requires it to look like our primitive airplanes...
And thus the leprechauns secret was safe for another 100 years

I would guess however long the vesting period is...
Don't forget Waco, TX. Murder, pure and simple.

Because we're just about running out of problems to solve here on Earth

On the other other hand, I'd rather pay nothing to play a terrible game, than $10.
Good theory, except none of those things apply here.
It's just the "teaching girls" part. Free-thinking women are harder to control.
which is why he sold his latest special on his own website and made the money he deserves. fuck paramount
I guess the cleaning lady uses a quantum vacuum

What would the politicians do then? Write laws that fix real problems??
Perhaps he was referring to the Sex Professionals of Canada group...
Exactly. Why bother making your bomb look like a cellphone or a laptop, when you could just make it look like some ramshackle basement-made bomb?
That would clearly violate the TSAs guidelines on logic and sanity.
Let me guess, the DMV ordered 1000 copies..?
How exactly are you a democracy?

I tried that with the girls in high school -- it never worked.
Are waiters fair game?
What message is this exactly?
Right, but what are the chances that the money ends up in the "New Ferrari" jar for the owner?
