That makes be wonder if it will be only available in the higher levels of Windows like Professional, Professionals Premium, Business Edition, Small Business Edition, Large Business Edition, Enterprise Edition, Small Enterprise Edition, Large Enterprise Edition, Ultimate Edition, Super Ultimate Edition, Developer Edition, Desktop Developer Edition, and Double Secret Ultimate Power Users Edition.

So Starter, Starter Premium, Home Basic, Home, Home Premium, and Metro Developer Editions will all be stuck with Metro whether they like it or not unless they shell out extra $ to get a better version.

You could try Sprint? I'm not saying they're better (in fact from my experience there is a good reason they're failing) but you could get the iPhone without dealing with ATT or Verizon.

It's actually very easy to train to shoot someone actually. Frighteningly so. Repetition and practice will get you through some very intense situations, it's the aftermath that can be difficult to deal with but is it worse than the aftermath of rape? That's for the individual to decide.

I respect the decision of making guns illegal, I'm a fairly typical American on in feeling that they should be legal but I also understand that guns and their effects on and in society are very dependent upon the culture. Making pepper spray illegal bothers me though since it makes it harder to provide proactive nonlethal self-defense.

Not if she learns how to use it. People that get shot with their own guns are those that never learned how to use them or protect themselves in the first place. If you want an option for defense and don't want to actually learn how to use a gun to protect yourself (which takes a fair amount of time and commitment) get pepper spray. If pepper spray is illegal where you live I suggest moving to a location that isn't hostile to your own safety.

I think you were missing his point when it came to the taxes. NASA's funding comes from the general fund just like most federal agencies. His point was that the investment into NASA for the space shuttle is or will generate a real return in the form of taxes on SpaceX to the general fund that will repay the original investment. If and when that return will equal or exceed the value of the original investment remains to be seen.

Their biggest concern is contamination of samples on the planet and thus resulting in a false positive when looking for life forms. You start playing with incredibly tiny probabilities but if they find a bacteria on Mars it maybe difficult or impossible to prove origin, especially if there is contamination from Earth.
